It's been a few weeks and it's now winter. A winter dance is coming up but I don't pay that much attention to them, I think they are overrated. Plus don't the guys just stop talking to the girls the next day?

I walk into first period just out of it. I was in a bad mood ok.

"hey what's up-" Jack said sitting down next to me but I cut him off.

"Don't talk to me" I say putting my hand up by the side of my face.

"yo woah, what's wrong?"

"Ugh." I say moving my hand looking at him.

"are you gonna tell me?"

"no" I say with a fake smile then put my head in my hand letting my hair fall over which blocked my face. I really just didn't wanna deal with anyone at the moment.

We got to lunch after what seemed like forever. I arrived late and was the last one to sit at the table. Melody looked mad. Piper was on her phone along with the boys.

"Melody" I say getting her attention from across the table.

"what" she says looking over. I motion for her to come to me. She walks over and spin around so I'm facing her.

"what's wrong?" I ask.

"these girls..." she says rolling her eyes.

"who? where?" I say looking around.

"in my 1st period"

"go on"

"they asked me if I was dating Jonah, you know the normal, but they were saying how they planned on breaking us up" she says almost with tears in her eyes. I looked at our table once more to see Jonah wasn't there...whoops.

"what the hell..." I say sitting up straight.

"yeah...I wanted to slap them, i'm just in a bad mood and they made it worse" It made me remember what the journal said, if one is feeling one way the others are most likely to too.

"you should've." I say and I guess it shocked her.

"no...I wouldn't..."

"bro why not?" I say doing a hand motion.

"uh...I don't wanna be suspended?" she said. The boys were in their own world so they weren't listening to us.

"Fuck suspension. These girls seem like assholes and we can do something bout it" I say getting mad.

"Hazel, chill it's not like they did something...bad" she says playing with her fingers.

"they wanna break you and Jonah up. I know how much he means to you"

"okay well if they same something or do something to me tomorrow i'll let you know..." she says going back to her side of the table and sitting down.

Tomorrow will be a day...

We got out of school and me and Piper tried to run to catch up with Melody as she seemed to be rushing somewhere. More like the back of the school. Me and Piper decided to follow. We peeked our heads around the corners to see Melody and three other girls. Melody was backing away but one of the girls kept stepping closer to her every time she would back up. The girl has her hand in a fist. Suddenly her hand started to move up, I knew what was happening and I ran in as Piper tried to stop me but didn't succeed. I ran in front.
