I stumbled backwards.

"Hazel!" Piper yelled running over to me.

Suddenly the girls feet were frozen to the ground and we were all looking at Melody. She was holding her hand.

"oh my god." She says a little scared.

"Melody!" i say.

"Oh my..." Piper says with her arms around me.

"Awesome!" Melody says as she smiles.

"what! Melody no!" I say as we walk over to her.

"that's the first time I used my powers" she says excited.

"Don't use them on people are you out of your mind!" I say trying not to shout.

"That was cool!"

"Oh my god, they know our secret now" Piper whispers to us.

"fuck." I curse.

"....uh" Melody says.

We all stayed silent for a moment not knowing what to do.

"it will melt!" I say then grabbing my bag and run away as the girls eventually catch up.

I stopped next to a bus stop and I started panting, I can't remember the last time I ran like that.

"what the hell!" Piper says out of breath.

"sorry! i didn't know what to do" I say as we all stood there for a moment catching our breath.

"wait. we are stupid" Melody says throwing her arms up.

"huh?" me and Piper both turn to her.

"Piper has heat power." She says standing placing her hand on her hip.

"Oh..." I say feeling stupid.

"Melody i don't even know how to use it properly" She replies.

"neither do I!" Melody replies.

"....alright." Piper says.

"wanna go for s swim?" I ask changing the subject.

"moon pool?" Piper adds.

"let's go." Melody says.

We all got to the moon pool and decided to try our powers. We couldn't hurt anyone here or anything.

We all sat on our little edge we had made and they look at me as I sit on their right.

"what?" I ask with a small giggle.

"go first, We have an idea" Piper says.

"ok." I say kinda nervous.

I put my hand out in front of us, pointing at the water. I put force in my hand, don't how to explain it, but I did. A strand of water starts rising. Suddenly it froze. I look over at Melody and her hand was pointing at the strand. Piper then points her hand at it. It melted and plopped back into the water.

"woah." I say removing my hand.

"awesome!" Melody smirks.

"...ok" Piper says.

Maybe we shouldn't of learned how to use them...
