" since you've got me in this car, we are listening to my music." I was in no mood to put up with his idiot music right about now.
Austin just shrugged handing me the cord, "don't play any of that girly stuff," I cut him off, yanking the cord away, with a sly grin.
"Or what, huh, I always liked a challenge," I grinned, plugging the end into my expensive I phone. He just rolled his eyes, pulling down the Rocky Hill into the street.
Well it wasn't much of a Street, if you call a dirt road a street. I guess your standards must be low. I blasted Taylor swifts new album, giving him that I love to annoy you look. His face was priceless a look of pure disgust, as the look what you made me do lyrics boomed from my phone.
"Oh, do you not like this song," I played innocent, pulling my feet up onto the chair, and hugging my knees. He kept his eyes on the fake road as he filed a reply.
" you might not want to test your luck, because after all I am the one choosing where we go."
" and where is that exactly, I hope it is home to California." I muttered the last part more to myself then to him, running my fingers through my dark locks as I checked myself out in the review mirror.
"So you still want to go home, I guess this hasn't gotten to you yet," he gestured to himself, a cocky grin on his face.
Rolling my eyes, I let some sarcastic comment slip out of my mouth. "Is it supposed to, I am more of the leather jacket type." I shot him a million dollar smile, as we pulled onto one of the better looking roads, as we drove past a little gas station.
" crafty creations, let's go in there," I jerked my finger at a little shop, that sat, The parking lot pretty much dead of cars. He said nothing as we sped past, and I blew out my cheeks sinking back into my seat, as the song changed.
Say something I'm giving up on you
I'll be the one if you want me to
Anywhere I would have followed you
I mouthed all the words making up some dance moves, as I caught Austin's amused gaze, the corners of his lips turned up into a smile. "You know, you have bad music taste," he stated bluntly. I threw a punch into his arm, not hard, I think, but if it was...oh well!!
"And you think you have good taste in music." I thought my argument was valid, as he sailed down a pretty bare road. "Where are we going, I wanna go home, this is dumb, turn this stupid car around right now." He just chuckled in response, as we finished our ride, pulling into a pretty crowded parking lot.
"Welcome Miss Brianna to the best outdoor Theater out there."
I rolled my eyes, " what was so bad about that indoor ones." He just rolled his eyes, stepping out of the car.
"There isn't a show on until tonight, but there is plenty to do around here." All I could think was you expect me to survive hanging out with you the whole day, and willingly go to a stupid movie, not gonna happen pretty boy!!!
"Yeah I will die before I spend a whole day with you." His eyes lit up.
"Is that a challenge Brianna, you don't think you can have fun with this looser country boy." I folded my arms as two OLD people clambered past, the last looking on the verge of death.
"Oh, Austin I don't think I can't, I KNOW I can't have a good day with a looser like you!!" I leaned against one of those bike holder things, jumping away when I saw a wad of gum stuck to it.
"Alright if I can't get you to smile, then I will tell you're Dad to send you home right away, but if you do smile," he walked closer to me, so he was towering over me, "then you have to do whatever the whole day tomorrow."
