A big mess up

**Liam's POV**

Hi Bella sorry I haven't been writing to you lately but I've been busy seeing my family,anyway you told me your a massive fan of one direction and 5sos so I thought I should tell you what bands and singers I like too.

I like five seconds of summer too actually and I'm into a bit of Michael bublé. I quite like ed sheeran and that's it basically all coz I like a lot of singers but I can't tell you them all.

Anyway I was wondering what makes you like One Direction and whose your favourite? Liam xx

I reread the email and hit send just as my phone rings.

"Hello."

"Liam can u come over soon please?" Calum answers and I shake my head but remember I'm on the phone.

"Calum you're in Chicago and I'm in London I can't just fly over,are you ok though mate?" Calum doesn't reply so I tell him I'll Skype him tonight.

"Yeah sorry I forgot we're not in London any more but I need to talk to you so that sounds good."He says goodbye and I hang up as my phone beeps showing I have a message.

"I'm popular today!" I check it and it's from Paul asking me to be ready in ten minutes because he's coming over.

After rushing around the house and trying tidy it the doorbell rings and I open it to see Paul,Preston and some other man I've never seen before.

"Um have a seat,do u want like a cup of tea?" They shake their heads and Paul tells me to sit down.

"What's going on Paul?" He looks at me with no expression.

"It's about this little pen pal thing your doing." I nod,not knowing where this is going.

"The school students have to meet their pen pals and yours is a girl isn't it?"

"Yes,oh shit what do I do I can't meet her she'll freak out or faint or something!" I stand up and walk back and forth beside the couch until the man speaks up.

"Liam were going to have to get someone to pretend to be you because we can't let her find out it's you." I frown at the man.

"Who are you?" He raises his eyebrows and Preston sighs.

"I'm john from Modest!,your management." I mentally slap myself,man I'm dumb.

"Oh I'm so sorry john I didn't recognise you." He shakes my hand and then I remember what he said before.

"Um Im worried about her meeting me but what you said just then about getting someone to pretend to be me,I don't feel right doing that because it's lying and this girl is a fan of ours so I'd feel really bad doing that,and what's so bad if she finds out I'm Liam payne lots of girls meet me it'll just be like meeting fans only one of them right." John looks at me and shakes his head.

"Liam once this girl finds out she's been emailing Liam payne she'll tweet,text all her friends and before you know it they'll be hundreds of girls emailing you constantly or waiting outside this house,you got this house to get away from the fans so why ruin that now?" I clench my jaw and look at john.

"No I got this house because I didn't have any privacy at all there were people outside 24/7,I don't mind fans at my house but not constantly so don't tell me I want to get away from the fans because they are incredible and so supportive of us,also I know you say your trying to do what's best for us but I think you want to control us and make us perfect so we don't make a little mistake that makes you look bad. Well I'm sick of this so you know what? I'm going to meet Bella because she deserves the truth." I walk out of the room and go into my bedroom and sit with my head in my hands.

"Oh no what've I done now?"

Beep beep beep

I open my laptop to see a email from Bella:

Hi Liam this is going to be short because I'm going out with some friends literally right now so I typing this super fast. In answer to your question about who I like most from one direction,I love them all but I'd have to say Liam (this is weird saying I love Liam and I'm emailing this to a guy called Liam) anyway so I'd better go before my friends think I've ran away or something so I'll email you tomorrow. Bye xx Bella

I smile as I read her email but then someone flings my door open,it's Paul.

"What was that Liam,he is technically the head of management and you talked to him like that! They're gonna be so mad at you,actually no they're gonna be mad at all of us,well done mate all the lads are gonna get told off as well so I hope your happy!" I swallow the lump in my throat,Paul never gets angry so I must've really stuffed up this time.

"We're going to go to se the other lads now so think about what happened and about what you'll tell management tomorrow." He pats me on the back and shuts the door behind him as he leaves. Wow I seriously messed up this time and all the lads are going to have to sit through another one of those horrible Modest! meetings about our behaviour.

A/N: Sorry for the late update I hadn't been writing much so this chapter wasn't finished and sorry that it's crappy but I have writers bloc at the moment.
