Letters to Liam- liam payne {Completed}

First 'date'

**Bella's POV**

I wake the next morning to the sound of my irritating alarm reminding me to get up.

"Meh." I moan as I hit snooze on the side of the little white clock on my bedside drawers.

"Bella come on we're meeting Niall and Liam today!" I cautiously open one eye and see Anya jumping around the room in her zebra striped onesie and I can't help but crack a smile.

"Wait that's today!?" I realise what she just said and as she nods I throw off the covers and run straight for the bathroom before turning on the shower and getting out of my own 1D onesie.

After I have a super quick shower I quickly dry myself off and twist the towel around my hair to let it dry while I get dressed. I search my suitcase for my outfit I bought especially for this occasion and when my eyes land it I quickly grab it and pull it on before going to the mirror to do my makeup and lastly my hair. Once I've finished all of that I go over to the full length mirror to see how I look and I hear a gasp from behind me.

"You look stunning Bella!" Anya squeals and I thank her before complimenting her back, she looks great in a long white jersey dress to her mid thigh and she's paired it with black leggings and slip on shoes.

"Do you think it's too casual?" She asks and I immediately shake my head because she looks perfect.

"Do I look too casual or something?" Anya shakes her head as she looks at my light denim skinny jeans and three quarter white shirt and I twirl my wavy hair around my finger and nod as I slip on my white vans and apply a coat of lipstick before taking a deep breath and stepping out the door with my best friend by my side, and walking down to the lobby and stepping outside into the cold London air.

"Wow I should bought a jacket with me!" I shiver and the two of us set off down the road to the restaurant where were meeting our pen pals at.

Fifteen minutes later we arrive at the restaurant and the waiter shows us to our booth where there are two guys sitting with their backs to us.

"You would like menus yes?" The Spanish waiter asks and the two guys turn around and Anya gasps and before I know what's happened she's on the ground. Of course,she fainted.

I quickly slap her face to wake her up and then I turn back the two guys to apologise but I end I gasping which causes me to choke.

"L-Liam?" The guy with brown hair in a quiff looks and me and grins.

"Hello pen pal!" He stands up and hugs me but I just stand there gawking.

"You-you are my p-pen pal!?" He smiles and nods.

"That's right love." I blink my eyes to make sure I'm not dreaming.

"All this time I was emailing l-Liam Payne?" His smile fades but he nods.

"Yeah you were talking to Liam Payne." He says in a less enthusiastic voice.

"That's why when I asked your name and you said Bella smith at the café I had to leave because I didn't know what would happen if you found out that I was your pen pal." He looks at the ground and I reach out to touch his arm.

"Liam I am freaking out a little bit because Ive been emailing the Liam Payne and I've made a fool of myself to you but I realise your just like any other guy except you have an unusual career so Im gonna act like your just a normal guy if that's what you'd like." He smiles at me and nods and then he remembers the other guy who hasn't introduced himself.

"Oh Bella this is Niall and I see that Anya has already taken a liking to him!" He laughs as I look at Anya holding Niall's hand and then I realise that he is Niall Horan and I have to stop myself from asking for a picture or something so instead I turn back to face Liam and as I do I see that's he's already looking at me.

"Um I don't really like this restaurant's food so do you want to go somewhere else maybe?" I try not to laugh at how cliché that sounds but I know Liam doesn't have any feelings for me whatsoever so I nod and then tell Anya about it.

"Uh huh cool." That's all she says as she continues staring at Niall and I laugh.

"Okay see you at the hotel room!" I call as I walk out the door behind Liam and he shows me to his car.

"Ladies first." He holds the passenger door open for me but I don't get in.

"Then you'd better get in the car first." Liam's mouth drops open and I can tell he didn't see that coming.

"Fine then i won't be nice and open your door for you,you can do it yourself." He says after regaining his composure and I just grin as I get in the car.

After 20 minutes I realise that Liam isn't taking me to another restaurant because we are out of town and there's nothing but fields now.

"Where are we going?" I ask but Liam just smiles and turns the radio up.

"So we're taking the long way home, coz I don't wanna be wasting my time alone-" my eyes widen as the 5sos song fills my ears and then i frown.

"I've never heard this on the radio before?" Liam smiles and then pulls something off the floor and hands it to me: the 5sos album.

"You just happen to have their album!?" I ask with raised eyebrows and he shrugs.

"We support them so I kinda had to." I nod still having doubts.

"Here we are." I look out the window to see that Liam has parked in front of a little pond and I look at him curiously.

"What are we doing here?" I ask and Liam takes off his hoodie.

"Swimming." My eyes widen as I look at my clothes.

"But I didn't bring togs!" He looks at me with a glint in his eye.

"We don't need togs."
