Why Do The Gods Hate Me

CELESTE           
I survey the area. The camp is surrounded by Emposa and hellhounds. Silver aroows are flying around while hunters fight for there lives.

"What do we do?" I ask Artimis.

Artimis fixes me with a look. "We will find your sister."

I nod. We nock our arrows and fire. I manage to kill a couple of hell hounds and scewer a bunch of Emposa, though they don't die.

"Celeste, do not allow the Emposa to get into your head. They have a ability called charmspeak, and can make you do anything." Artimis tells me and I nod.

"Celeste! Where are you?" I hear a voice.

I turn on my heal and spot Eliana. She and Thalia are next to each other, Thalia is firing arrows and Eli is using her knife on the few that make it close enough.

I go to shout just as a hellhound pounces on my back, digging it's claws into me. "Ahh!" I twist in it's grip try to get it off of me.

"Celeste!" Eli yells and moves to run to me.

"Thalia, keep her back!" I yell as I use my legs to kick it off of me. I search the ground for a weapon and my eyes find a disgarged sword. I lunge for it and wrap my fingers around it. Just as I have it the hellhound pounces again and I slash upward, turning it to monster dust.

I grab my bow and turn it back into a necklace, and run over to Eli and Thalia.

"You need to go." Thalia says, firing arrow after arrow into the monster hord.

"I will not leave!" I yell. Just then I hear a loud explosion and see green fire. "What?"

"Run now, we will find you!" The hands me a quiver and we have a silent understanding.

"No. I want to help." Eli yells as I scoop her up and run into the forest.

After a while, I set her down and we stand there in silence.

"Why did we leave." Eli turns to me, anger in her eyes.

"We had to." I look around, making sure we were safe.

"Why? We could have helped them! They took us in and we left them!" She shouts, shedding angry tears

"Eli, we could have stayed. But we are untrained. Thalia and Artimis had kept a eye on us protecting us, and not there hunters." I sigh. "I wanted to help to, but I don't want them to have to watch over us."

Eli nodds after a moment. "How will they find us?"

"They are hunters." I smirk and poke her nose. "Get some rest."

Eli pouts but nodds anyways. She lays down and closes her eyes. After a minute. She is sound asleep.

I sigh and lean back against the tree, automatically my back erupts in pain. I stiffle a whimper.

The hellhound. I gently peel my jacket off and wrap it around my back where the claws dug in. I leaned back and soon fell asleep.

I jolted awake. Something was heading towards us. I grip the sword and stand. All of a sudden I here a whisper.

"Celetse, is that you?" It calls.

I stay quite as it comes into the clearing.

I sigh in relief, "Stacy."

She rushes up to me and grabs my shoulders. "Why are you covered in blood?"

I look down and notice that my silver shirt was covered in blood from my jacket bleeding through.

"Hellhound scratch." I wince as she gently removed my jacket.

"It's infected. I need to clean it." She inspected my wound a little more. It wrapes around from my shoulder blade to my stomach. "Take off your shirt."

I gingerly peel it off and Stacy sets to work. "Eat this."  She hands me a little yellow square. And sets to work cleaning my wound. She poors something she calls 'nector' on it. I eat the square and it tastes like the brownies mom would make when she was mom. I hated it. She wrapes my wound and hands me a clean shirt and jacket.

"What is the plan?" I ask her once I put the shirt on. I leave the jacket off because it was early morning and starting to get hot. I hate summer.

"Thalia is going to meet us on the way to camp. She asked me to take you and your sister ahead."

"Alrighty. Let me wake up Eli and we can head out. Or do you want to rest?" She shakes her head, "Thank you by the way, for patching me up. And I am sorry for the way I acted when I first got here."

She looks at me and she gives me a current nod. "I am sorry too."

PERCY.          . 

"Percy come quick!"

I jolt awake and look around. I drearly look at the figure that just burst into my cabin.

"Pollux? What happened?" I look at the blonde haired violet eyed boy in the doorway.

(A/N For those who forgot about him, he is the Mr.D's son onley son. Who lost his brother in battle of the labrinth. He has Violet eyes. He can make grape and strawberry vines grow along with other plants. He also still wanted to fight with a broken arm in the Battle of Manhattan)

"Chiron has called a meeting in the big house. Rachel has made another prophecy." He looks at me.

I let out a strangled noise. "I'm coming. I ran out the door with Pollux at my heals. We ran right into the big house.

"How could you get a prophecy when python has control over the oracal?" Clarisse yells.

"Calm down Clarisse, let Annabeth talk." Rachel says, tapping a plastic blue hairbrush on her thigh.

I take my place next to Annabeth. "So what is this prophecy?" I grab a cracker from the middle of the ping pong table and nibble it.

Every one looks at Annabeth.

She stands and says:

Prophets sight she must return.
If not the world will burn.
Her brother, wine, wisdom, death, and sea
Will aid her on her journey
But in the end she stands alone
Betrayed friends make room for evil
The world wakes up and-

Annabeth looks at us.

"And what? What is the rest?" Piper askes from her place next to Jason.

"The prophecy was cut off there." My Wise Girl announces.

"How is that possible?" Jason asked.

"I don't know. But something about the prophecy was different. I didn't pass out after and at the end my green smoke was blue."

Everyone askes a bunch of questions. Making Chiron stomped his hoof.

"Guys. Wait. One at a time please." I announce and stand up. "1st question."

Connor starts. "The world wakes up? Didn't you guys defeat Mother Earth?"

Annabeth answered. "In Greek myths Python garded Mother Earth. Mabey it is the last step into forcing her to sleep."

Every one nodded glumly. We hoped we had seen the last of sluge face, as Leo called her, when Leo made a sacrifice.

"Who goes on this quest?" Travis asked.

This time it was Pollux who answered, surprising everyone. "Me, Percy, and Nico for sure. Annabeth will probably come with us because of Percy. Then there is this mysterious 'she' and 'her brother' who we need to know. Any ideas?"

Chiron, Rachel, and Mr.D all said "She is not here yet."

"Creepy. Again, one at a time."

Mr.D glared "She will arrive soon, but she is not at camp yet."

As I was about to say something, a Iris message appeared in the middle of the table.

"Hey Thalia, what's wrong?"
