"Nancy?" Percy gawks at her, then at me, then back at her, me, her me.
"Percy!" I clapy hands to either side to stop his head from moving so much, "You are going to get whiplash. Knock it off. Is words not head motions."
Beside me, Nancy has a look of pure shock upon her face. "Percy Jackson?"
Percy runs his hands through his hair and gives a pained smile. "Yep that's me."
Nancy gawks at his face, then his chest, slowly raking her eyes down. "Wow, you aren't scrawny anymore."
Percy sighs, "That's the first thing you say? Unbelievable." He turns to me, "Has she been claimed yet?"
I shake my head and Percy sighs.
"Um, claimed?" Nancy looks so startled by this word that I can't help but laugh.
"Claimed, by your goddly parent. Mine is Apollo, Percy's is Posiden."
Nancy's eyes light up and she reassess Percy, "The son of the sea God? That's amazing! I'm guessing you're powerful, we should get together so you can sow me some moves. "
I roll my eyes and share a glance with Percy.
Percy puts his hands up in a way that suggests he is building a wall between them, "I am going to stop you there, I have a girlfriend and I am not planning on leaving her ever."
Nancy pouts, "Well, can you at least show me around camp?"
Before Percy can speak, I chime in, "Actually, Percy and I have a plans to go meet up with Annabeth and Jason. So just walk in and avoid Mr. D., Chiron will take great care of you."
I turn on my heel and march away, Percy in tow.
Once we are out of sight Percy sighes and pertends to wipe sweat off of his forhead. "That was akward."
"Your telling me." I snort
Percy claps me on the back "Great thinking, telling her we had plans."
I raise a eyebrow, "Oh but we do. Annabeth and Jason are going Pegasus riding and I was going to show up and invite myself. Now there is only a 50% chance Annabeth will kill me instead of a 100% chance."
Percy laughs, "so you're onley dragging me along so my girlfriend doesn't kill you, and not for my good looks and great personality?" Percy pertends to hold back tears.
I delicately place my hands on his shoulders and in a calm voice I say, "Percy, Percy, it's okay. I'm just using you. Don't cry."
Percy looks at me with a odd experssion. "For a insult, that was pretty calming."
I wink, "That's what I do! Now come on before we miss them!"
Percy sighs but follows me to the sables where I catch a glimpse of blonde hair as they walk through the doors.
"Percy, act natural once we get in here." I miss through my teeth.
Percy gives me a affirmative nodd, "I will. You can count on me."
I put a smile on my face and walk up to Jason and Annabeth. "Hey guys, whatcha doing?"
Before she can answer me, Percy walks through the doors and throws himself to the ground.
I slap my forhead as the two glance between Percy and I.
Jason clears his throat, "Percy, What ae you doing?"
"Acting natural." Percy snaps his head up and talks so fast one could hardly make out the words, then throws his head back in to the ground.
I stomp my foot, "Little boy blue, how is this natural!" I wave my arms at him and Percy just grins.
He dramatically picks himself off the ground and poses, "I was hay. Hay is natural."
Annabeth smiles while Jason laughs. I just sit there and grumble undery breath.
Annabeth turns to me, "Anyways, Jason and I were going to fly around Camp."
I nodd head, "That's great! Percy and I were just about to do the same thing!"
"No we weren't," Percy mumbles earning a elbow to the rib. He yells and shoots me a glare, "I mean, why don't we all go together."
Annabeth shrugs, "Sure, that works. Just pick any Pegasus to ride and I'll help you."
I nodd and look around, my eyes scann the row of pegasi untill my eyes catch upon one.
A smokey gray gelding with a black man and tale and black socks. His wings are the same color as his body but they have accents of black and a deep red.
I walk up to him and he nickers.
I breath out a sigh, "Your beautiful." The horse let's out anougher nicker.
Percy coughs into his fist and gives the horse a pointed look. "Um, Celeste? He doesn't like being called Beautiful. He prefers handsome, or his name."
I give Percy a look, "So you can speak to horses now?"
Percy shrugs, "Yeah. It's a son of Posiden thing."
I turn back to the smokey horse, "What is your name?"
He nickers and Percy translates, "His name is Heza."
I smile at Heza, "What a mighty name." I reach out to stroke how nose. Heza gives me a satisfied snort.
"He says he would be honnored to have you as a rider," Percy says.
I beam at Heza, "The honnor would be all mine."
Percy walks up to the horse and patts his neck, "Wow, look at that. Celeste actually knows how to be nice! I'm shocked." I roll my eyes while Heza nickers. Percy's mouth drops open, "Rude! And just for the record, no!"
I look between Heza and Percy before deciding it's not worth it. I motion for Heza to follow me to where Annabeth and Jason are mounted upon their pegasi.
"Alright let's get this show on the road. Try to keep up Celeste." Annabeth takes off, the others following her.
Heza tenses and his wings spread out and I know, I just know, that this will be the last I am ever heard of.
[A/N: THE MISSING PART is not a new chapter. I messed up and deleted a chapter so I have to rewrite it.]
