......Celeste's POV......
With struggle I manage to open my eyes to find three people beaming a me.

Pollux, Kayden, and Eliana. Pollux and Eliana each hold a hand while Kayden sits on the end of the bed.

"Celeste your awake!" Kayden jumps up to give me a hug. "Look, your sister is alive! I am not sure how, but she is!"

I smile at him, "Yeah, I don't know what I'd do without her."

"Hey Kayden, why don't you tell Nico an Will she's awake." Pollux ruffles his hair with his empty hand.

Kayden nods, "I'll be right back Celeste, I want to show you what I made!"

I watch him run out the door. Heaving a sigh I close my eyes and rest my head back against the pillow. "So, is she gone? Or have I done some schist while I was out?"

"Well you barfed up dirt once, luckily it was only Will in here so the rest of the camp doesn't know about it. Only Chiron does."

"What's he got to say about this?" I struggle to sit myself up. Pollux pulls me up and Eliana readjusts my pillows.

Pollux shrugs, "Not much really. He said as long as you don't kill a camper you'll be fine."

I furrow my brow. I'm sure Pollux meant to be assuring but when he says it like that- well let's just say all things considered, I probably will.

Eliana takes my hand again, "I think she's gone. Or well most of her. She's no longer talking to me." Eliana looks down to the ground. She takes a shaky breath, "Why did you do it?"

"Do what?"

Eliana's head snaps up and tears bloom in her eyes, "I died, I was dead. Why did you bring me back? Why would you decide to be a vessel for a primordial goddess just so you could bring me back?"

I'm taken back, "Eli I-"

"No. Why would you put yourself through that pain, why would you put me? Why couldn't you live life like you always should have, never being burdened by me?" Tears stream down Eliana's face as she crumples in on herself. She rests her elbows on her knees and her head in her hands.

My heart breaks again, seeing her cry like this. Not once has she ever broken down like this. She always held it in, just like I did. But when you hold things in and bottle emotions up, they will explode on you.

I flip the blanket off of me and throw my legs over the side. I manage to wobble a couple steps before crashing down at Eliana's feet. I gently peel her hands from her face and hold them in mine.

"Eli, without you I'm not me. You are not a burden, you make life great. You shine bright always, maybe your life faulters or dims but it never goes out." I wipe the tears off Eliana's face. "It's you and me against the world. It has always been it will always be."

......Percy's POV...... I
Annabeth lunges at me and I sidestep, bringing my blade down on her sword. She quickly diverts and changes the direction of her blade to strike my stomach. I throw myself backwards and slice at her but she blocked. We keep training blows, neither of landing a hit on the other.

"Percy!" I loose focus and Riptide goes flying out of my hand. I glare playfully at Annabeth and she rolls her eyes.

I turn to Will, "What's up?"

"Celeste's awake." Will leads us back to the infirmary.

When I walk in, the first thing I noticed is Pollux looking awkward. He offers me a nod before turning back to Celeste who has her arms wrapped around Eliana.

Celeste pulls back and ruffles Eliana's hair before wobbling back to the bed. She turns to us and sighs tearing up a little, "Guys I'm-"

Annabeth doesn't let her finish before she wraps her in a hug. "I would have never told you about Luke if I would have known you would pull this." They share a small smile before Annabeth flicks her forehead, "I hope you have learnt something,"

Celeste nods, "Yeah, being a demigod sucks."

I snort, "Yeah, imagine how we feel."

"So, that light in the cave-" he looked at Eliana, "-was that you?"

Eliana considers it for a moment, "Yeah I think it was."

Celeste looks at Annabeth, "Wow, you're the only one here without special abilities."

Annabeth raises an eyebrow, "That's why I'm the only one who doesn't do stupid things,"

"Hey!" I wrap my arms around her.

We all talk late into the night, staying as long as we could before having to leave.
