We approached the house and saw that most of the cars had gone. There was still two officers and a ambulance, but other then that, everyone was gone. We walked up the driveway and into the front door. We saw the officers and EMTs sitting in our living room, talking to Josh and Maddie.

"So, you can get a restraining order soon but he shouldn't be out of jail for awhile." The officer smiled sadly.

"I'm assuming this is your brother and friend?" The other officer asked Maddie.

"Yeah."

"Okay, well did you all contact your parents?"

"Yeah, I called my mom, she's gone out of town with my dad though, they decided to go this morning. They'll be back in a few days even though they offered to come home." Maddie said.

"Miss, are you okay? I don't remember anyone checking you out?" The EMT asked Jenna.

"Oh, no, I'm fine though." She smiled.

"You didn't get hit or anything at all?"

"Nope." Josh looked at her a little funny. "Well, I fell while running up the steps but that's normal for me. I'm very clumsy." She laughed a little.

"Okay, we have to check out everyone that was at the scene. Is it okay if you follow me out to my ambulance?"

"Yep." She smiled and walked out the door.

"I'm going to go too." I kissed Maddie on the head and walked out the door.

The EMT did all the usual stuff, checked her pulse, blood pressure, looked for bruises and scratches. She didn't find anything horrible.
A small knot on her knee from falling and a bruise on her arm. But that's it.

"So, do you know if my sister got hurt? I haven't gotten to talk to her."

"Let me see," she flipped through a few papers, "ummm, yeah, she looks alright. She has some bruising on her upper legs and wrist. You are lucky you got there when you did, the damage could've been a lot worse."

"Okay, I'm just glad everyone is relatively okay, physically at least." I show a small smile.

"Yeah, as for Mr. Dun, he dislocated his shoulder but that's it, bruised his hand a little but with the punches you all were throwing, I'm surprised that you all don't both have broken hands. Did they wrap up your right hand?" She asked as she flipped to the next page.

"Uh, no. But it doesn't hurt that bad. Probably because it's numb." I laugh a little and make a fist and relax my hand a few times.

"Come here," she sighed. "I wish they had, people just get too lazy to do their job." She shook her head and grabbed some Ace bandages. She wrapped up my hand and returned to the papers. "Jenna is alright, just some bruises. Looks like everyone is good." She smiled. "No one has had pain killers. The only ones that will probably need them are you and Mr. Dun. I'll give you a few for the two of you." She said and grabbed a bottle of pills that had a fancy name on them. She said to take two twice a day.

We thanked her and walked back into the house as she left.

"Well kids, We are going to go. Stay safe, lock the doors. Don't do anything stupid." The officer gave us a look like a dad would when he leaves his kids home alone for the first time.

"Okay, thank you for your help." Maddie smiled and followed him out the door, shutting and locking it behind him.

"Well, guys, it's about five. You guys can hangout for awhile if you want, we can maybe order food or something. Josh, if you need to go, you can." Maddie sighed as she sat down on the couch.
