Why do I keep doing this to myself? Welp this might be another mini series coming up!

Kennedy has had a boyfriend for awhile. The family knows but what they didn't know is how serious it's getting. Theo and Kennedy have been together for about a year and he's always welcomed, with the overlook of one of the others, but they decided secretly to get closer. When they both agreed on it, the final step was to talk to Keith and y/n.

Both y/n and Keith were in the kitchen cooking early for Thanksgiving when Kennedy dragged Theo in. "We need to talk." Keith and y/n stared at them "Well hello to you too." Theo waved with a small smile "Hi Mr and Mrs Powers." Keith nodded and turned back to handing Y/n the greens. "Now what is it?" Kennedy and Theo glanced at each other knowing how this would turn out. "Well Theo and I have been talking and you know how- mom is that a new hairdo?" Kennedy cheesed. Y/n sighed and turned to face them, "Alright what is it and how much will it cost?"

Kennedy looked at her parents, "A few thousand." Keith eyes widened "Thousand?! What are you planning a wedding?" He chuckled but stopped when they didn't say anything. "Wait what?!" Kennedy sighed and grabbed Theo's hand, "We have been talking and you know how much I care for him and he for me, right? I want to spend the rest of my life with him and I guess what we're trying to say is-"

"I want to marry your daughter."
