"T-the Galra?" you stuttered cupping your mouth with your shaking palm.

"Shiro, don't mess around," Keith shot. He clearly noticed the quivering mess you'd become.

"Do you really think this is something I would want to mess around about?" He asked.

"That makes no sense, what about-," Keith paused before tightening his embrace on you. "What about when she was bleeding out in my arms, bleeding out human blood, how would you explain that?"

"Well, maybe-" he began explaining before you cut him short.

"Well maybe nothing! I have been on Earth my entire life, and never once have I ever considered, hey, maybe I'm an alien, who's race is known to destroy and harm others! I lived a normal life, with a normal brother, in a normal space academy, before I was flung into space by a giant, blue lion! I've had paper cuts, and cracked my head open on the monkey bars when I was five! All of those times, I remember bleeding real, human blood!" you fumed harshly as you stepped toward him.

"(Y/N), please, let me try to help you," Shiro cautioned as he reached for your palm. You noticed him gesturing toward your finger, without thinking, you pulled it away viciously. You held it close to your chest, you tried hiding whatever could be wrong with you.

"(Y/N), maybe there is an explanation for why?" Keith agreed with Shiro.

"So, now you're on his side?" you hesitated.

"No, you know I'm always on your side," he grasped your forearm, which you pulled from his hold.

"Unbelievable, there's nothing wrong with me," you hissed. You pushed past Shiro and stormed out of your lover's room. "Of course they wouldn't believe me, why would they?" you mumbled under your breath. You walked past your room towards the kitchen. Maybe some water would make you feel better? You walked in to see Pidge searching around in the fridge, wondering what he was looking for late at night.

"Hey?" you spoke. He clearly jumped, smacking the back of his head on the roof of the refrigerator.

"Gosh, you scared me! What are you doing up in the middle of the night?" he queried.

"I could ask you the same thing," you threw back.

"Touche, I couldn't sleep," he answered.

"Same here," you sighed as you jumped on the counter to sit on.

"What's wrong," he asked as he threw you a water bottle.

"If I tell you something, you have to swear that know one will ever hear it," you pled.

"Scout's honor," he promised, with a slight chuckle.

"You know how to do background checks, right?" you questioned.

"Yes, why?" he asked.

"Would you be able to do one right now?"

"Sure? Let's go," you jumped off the counter and followed Pidge. He led you to the room where you'd originally found Allura and Coran in the pods. He had a small laptop set-up with separate gadgets surrounding it.

"So, who are you wanting the background check on?" he asked.

"Freaking Santa Claus, who do you think?" you sarcastically remarked.

"Okay, okay, just making sure we're in the same thinking space," he answered defensibly. He began typing away as you peered over his shoulder. "(Y/N) (L/N)," he mumbled under his breath as he began checking. He seemed to be having difficulty finding you in the system.

"You good there," you asked.

"Yeah, I'm fine, it's just," he mumbled the last of the words, so you didn't exactly hear what he had said.

"Yeah, but what?" you huffed.

"It's just, I can't find you here," he sighed.

"What do you mean?"

"I mean, I can't find you, look," he pulled up a separate tab. "I can easily find myself, Hunk, Lance, everyone I've looked up I can find, except for you."

"What about my parents, if you look them up, it'll say they had me, maybe we can try that?" you suggested.

"That's a good idea, let's try that," he agreed. "What are your parents names?"

"(M/N) and (D/N) (L/N)," you responded.

"Okay, let's see what we can find," he, once again, began typing, doing his magic on his laptop. "Your mom is here, and so is your dad, do you have a brother?"

"Yeah, I did," you quickly respond. He looked like he was going to question your answer, but just kept his mouth shut. "Again, you're not here."

"But, that makes no sense!" you yelled.

"Woah, calm down! This is everyone who has ever been on planet Earth, this is every human that has ever existed," he exasperated.

"Then why am I not there!" you seethed.

"I don't know, are you an extra-terrestrial being or something!" he fired back. The look on your face clearly set him back. "That was a joke, what is wrong with you, you never act like this!" he spat.

"Because, her finger didn't bleed," Keith answered as he burst through the door.

"What? What does that mean? How do you even know what we're talking about?" Pidge blew through a list of questions without giving mullet even a second to answer.

"What are you even doing here? There's a reason I left the room," you snarled.

"Because, what if, maybe your finger didn't bleed because you really are galra," he spoke.

"Galra!" Pidge yelled.

"Shut up! Everyone, shut up, it's the middle of the night if you'd forgotten!" you whisper-yelled.

"That's why you weren't in the system, it makes sense," Pidge considered.

"No, it doesn't make sense, I've been on Earth, how could I have ever been an alien?"

"Have you ever heard of E.T?" Pidge asked.

"The alien who was put on Earth who eventually was taken back to his home planet?" you answered hesitantly.

"That's the one," Pidge responded.

"What does that have to do with anything?" you groaned.

"E.T. was dropped from his home planet, and had someone to take care of him, was able to be disguised when need be, but was sent back to his home planet," Keith's eyes looked like they were going to pop out of his head.

"Am I dumb, what is supposed to do with me?"

"What if, now bear with me here, what if you were dropped on Earth, but never came back, until you were led to the space center, and had a reason to come to space, but you just so happened to come to space, with the blue lion instead?" Pidge reasoned.

"But, we're missing the big points here, one, she looks human, and two, she bled out when she was stabbed, but didn't bleed when she was cut with the knife?" Keith responded.

"It's simple, at Earth, you had to be camouflaged, but when you came back to space, although you didn't come back to your "alien" at first, which we could see when you were bleeding, you started coming back when you didn't bleed?" Pidge challenged.

"Stop! Everyone, please stop!" you yelled, angry tears burning down your cheeks.

"(Y/N)?" They replied in unison

"Please, stop," you breathing slowed down, you started gasping. Suddenly, your vision began going blurry. You felt your body slam to the ground.

"Just, stop."
