-Nancy's POV-

I'm at my locker and Skylar's hasn't gotten here yet then I see Matt so I stop him.

Matt, do you know where Skylar's is? I ask him, he looks at me no why, she's not here yet? He questions.

No, usually she would be here by now I replie looking around, just text her, I need to go to class he tells me.

I nod while he walks off while I head to first period, I sit down at my seat taking my phone out to text Skylar.

To bae 😘: where are you? Why aren't you at school? 8:25am.

From bae 😘: I don't feel good, I'm gonna be at school tomorrow 8:26am.

To bae 😘: awe, feel better baby, I love you 8:27am.

After that text she never sent one back so I shrug it off put my phone into my pocket.

She has been acting weird lately but I wonder why though I say to myself while class is starting.

( later that day)

-Lisa's POV-

Skylar is outside playing basketball with Skylar and let me tell you Finn really likes her, he wants her to also be his big sister.

I watch them as Skylar picks up Finn holding him up so he can make a basket then she puts him down high fiving him.

Lunch is ready! I yell to them and they start running in, I walk off to the kitchen while they walk in.

Thanks mommy Finn says while Skylar sets him on the chair at the island, yeah, thanks Lisa Skylar also says sitting down.

No problem I replie sitting down and start eating with them, after we're done eating I'm putting Finn down for his nap and yes he does take naps sometimes.

I walk back into the kitchen to Skylar washing the dishes you didn't have to do that I tell her walking up next to her.

I know but I wanted to help you out she replies finishing the last plate, after she's done we sit on the couch in the living room.

Nice shoes she tells me smirking, I look at her then my shoes to see she is wearing the same shoes as me.

Thanks, I like yours too I replie also smirking while we just look at each other in the eyes.

Finn reminds me so much of Rose she says smiling a little, what was she like? I ask.

She was smart, outgoing, curious, crazy in a good way and she always knew how to make you smile whenever your having a bad day or whatever she replies.

Like this one time I stoled money from her because my best friend Matt and I were trying to get this video game we wanted she says.

( flashback) ( August 12th)

I'm in my room and my phone rings so I answer it hello? I say into the phone.

Are you coming? Matt questions, yes, I am, I just need another 10 dollars I replie looking around.

You don't have the right amout? He questions again, I don't know yet I say still looking around.

What you mean you don't know yet? He questions again, I'll be right there I tell him hanging up and run out of my room putting my wallet and phone in my pocket.

I get to Rose's room so I run up to her nightstand and open the top one, I grab her underwear and look at it with a disgusted face then drop it.

Gross I whisper still looking then I found her wallet so I grab it and turn around opening it and dump the whole thing onto her bed which she only has 20 dollars in it.

What the hell are you doing? I hear Rose so I look at her breathing heavily to see she's standing at her door.

I'll pay you back I tell her quickly grabbing the 10 dollars and put it in my pocket.

Bye I say to her running past her out of her bedroom door, I run downstairs with her following me.

Skylar! She yells while I get to the bottom of the stairs jumping the last 3 with her right behind me.

Skylar! She yells while I run to the door, Skylar, get back here! She continues.

Hey, no running in the house dad tells us, what's going on?! I hear mom yell to us while I get to the front door opening it and run out to my bike.

I run down the driveway with my bike Skylar, Skylar! Rose is still yelling still chasing after me.

I get on it and look back to see she stopped on the sidewalk looking at me asshole! I hear her yell but I ignore her.

I look back again to see she has her arms up in the air and puts them back down by her sides with a shock/ what the fuck face but I keep on riding to the store.

( end of flashback)

She got so mad she says chuckling, did you ever pay her back? I question.

I promised her when I got home  I would take her to movies on friday and that night is what happen she replies then the door opens so we quickly look to see it's Nancy.

Skylar? She questions confused, we both look at each other hey babe Skylar says getting up and walks up to her.

I thought you said your sick? She questions, I'm feeling a little better, I slept all day and I decided to come and surpise you she tells her.

Well I am surprised she replies hugging her while she hugs back, she looks at me with a that was a close one face.

They pull away and Nancy looks at me can we go to my room? She ask me, sure, but leave the door open I replie while she drags Skylar up the stairs literary.

They get to the top and Skylar looks down at me smirking and winks at me while I blush.

( at Skylar's house) (9pm)

-Skylar's POV-

I walked into the house to see mom and dad watching a movie while he is actually past out.

Hey sweety mom says looking at me, hi mom I replie cloisng the door and lock it.

Where did you go after school? She asked me, um, to my girlfriends house I say.

Why don't you ask her and her family to come over friday night at 6:30pm, I wanna meet her she tells me standing up.

I look at dad then mom again I don't know I replie unsure, come on, I promise I won't embarrass you she says smiling.

I sigh okay, I'll ask her to see if she wants to I say, good, goodnight and I love you she replies kissing my cheek.

I love you too I also replie heading upstairs, I get to my room and close my door flopping myself onto my bed in my sports bra and boxers.

I'll ask her tomorrow I say to myself looking up at the ceiling.
