Today was actually a good day

-Skylar's POV-

I just finished breakfast so I get up and put my bowl in the sink later mom, I love you I tell her grabbing my backpack.

Later sweety, I love you too and make sure to tell your girlfriend if her and her family wants to come over she replies while I roll my eyes to myself.

Okay, I will! I yell to her closing the door, I get in my car starting in and back out heading to Nancy's so I can pick her up but it'll give me a reason to see Lisa.

I get to her house getting out and walk up to the door knocking, a few seconds later Lisa answers the door.

Whoa, you look beauitful I tell her looking her up and down, she blushes thanks Skylar and you don't look bad yourself she replies smirking now I'm the one blushing.

You look cute in glasses I say smirking, thanks she replies blushing.

Hey baby we hear Nancy say coming down the stairs, I look at her hey babe, you look nice I tell her while she hugs me and I hug back.

Thanks she replies smiling pulling back, oh before I forget, my mom told to me ask if you want to come over Friday night for dinner I ask them.

I can finally meet your parents? Nancy questions squealing, I nod I mean it's up to your mom I say looking at Lisa.

Sure, it seems nice she replies smiling, I also smile okay, dinner is at 6:30pm I tell her.

Okay, later mom, I love you Nancy tells Lisa kissing her cheek then walks out, later Nance, I love you too Lisa replies.

I look at her and smile have a nice day Lisa I tell her, you too she replies again while I walk out to my car.

I get in and start it backing out and start heading to see school, I grab Nancy's hand and kiss the back of it.

For the past couple days I haven't been giving her that much attention and I think she is figuring it out.

We get to school getting out and walk behind my car grabbing each others hands then start heading into school.

We are walking down the hallway and we are passing the cheerleaders and Hayley is with them.

We walk past them while I see in the corner of my eye I see Nancy smirk at Hayley because she knows that Hayley likes me, hell everyone did.

I smirk to myself letting go of her hand and wrap my arm around her neck pulling her closer to me and kiss her temple.

What should I wear to dinner on friday? She ask me while we stop at her locker.

I don't care, you look great in anything I replie leaning on some lockers, she blushes but I gotta tell you one thing though I continue.

What is it? She questions opening her locker and puts her backpack in, my dad is a smartass and he will say something mean to you or even your mom and brother I tell her.

So don't take it seriously I continue, okay, I'll try and not to take it seriously she replies closing her locker.

I'll see you at lunch? She ask me, yep, totally I replie giving her a small smile.

She smiles I loveyou she says kissing me and I kiss back, I love you too I say while she walks off while I head to class.

( after school)

I walk into the gym because that's where basketball practice was and I didn't show up for a couple days and I'm the team caption and my couch was probably piss.

Mahone, you finally showed up he says looking at me shock, I know and I'm sorry couch I replie.

Hurry up and change, I need to talk to you he tells me while I nod and walk into the locker room.

I change into a while shirt, my jersey with my last name and number on it and shorts with my basketball shoes.

I walk out of the locker room and walk up to couch and he looks at me why haven't you came to practice? He ask.

I'm sorry couch but I didn't feel good for the past couple days I lied, he contuines to look at me okay but you have stay longer because you missed he says while I nod and not argue with him because he's mean.

Now go he tells while I run onto the court and grab a basketball from the rack and start practicing.

( 2 hours later)

I'm the only one here because everyone left a hour ago even couch so I walk into the locker room and start changing.

I walk out of the locker room walking into someone, I look at the person to see it's Nancy.

Hey baby she says smiling, hey babe I replie also smiling.

Finally your done she tells me and I look at her confused, did you wait for me this whole time? I question.

Yeah, your my ride and anyways I like watching you practice, you look sexy she says smirking while I blush.

Okay, come on I tell her grabbing her hand and we walk out of the gym and out of the school.

We get to my car while I open the door for her letting her in thanks getting in.

No problem I replie shutting the door and walk to my side getting in throwing my backpack in the back.

I start it and back out head to her house to drop her off, we get to her house and we both walk up to her door.

Even though I'm tried I'm still gonna say bye to her see you tomorrow she tells me.

Okay, see you tomorrow I replie while she kisses me and I kiss back while we hear the door quickly open to see Lisa.

We both look at her hi Lisa I say smiling, hi Skylar she replies also smiling.

I look at Nancy I'll see you tomorrow I tell her kissing her cheek and smile at Lisa walking off to my car.

I get in starting it then back out and head home, I get home to see only my mom is home and not my dad because I'm to tried to get yelled and punched at.

I walk in and walk into the kicthen smelling mom made burgers hey mom I say setting my bag down.

Hey sweetie, how was your day? She ask me, it was good, tired because of practice and couch made me stay a little longer I replie sitting at the island.

I can see that she says handing me my plate, thanks mom I also say digging right in because I love my moms burgers she makes them so good.

My girlfriend and her mom said they'll come on friday I tell her with my mouth full.

Good, I can finally meet the girl my daughter has been dating she says while I nod.

After I was done I get up and put my plate in the sink night mom, I love you I tell her kissing her cheek and about to hug her but she stops me.

Take a shower first, your all sweety and you stink she tells me smiling, I chuckle okay I replie grabbing my bag.

Night and I love you too she says while I walk out and head upstairs, I set my bag down on my bed and walk into my bathroom.

I get undress and turn on the shower getting in, after I'm done I change into new sports bra and boxers and get into my bed.

I look up at the ceiling today was actually a good day I say to myself then close my eyes letting sleep take over me.
