Chapter 3
I walked out of the coffee shop a little stunned. Its not every day you meet a nice, handsome guy at a coffee shop. Much less a guy who liked the same type of coffee. I looked down at my coffee for a while and remembered the warm feeling of his hand against mine. Then I turned the cup and saw what he wrote for me. His handwriting was surprisingly neat for a boy.
It said "It was a pleasure meeting you. Smile more often so everyone can see how beautiful you really are :)"
I blushed again after reading the note and couldn't help but smile again at his kindness. For a moment I forgot where I was and I just stood there looking at my coffee, reliving that sweet memory.
I looked down at my watch and saw it was 11:30. Then I remembered I had to meet my brother's manager again. I couldn't be late to Sam's audition. I still had to change clothes and fix my hair so you couldn't see it under the wig. It was almost 12 and I was no where near ready!
I walked as fast as I could to my school and sat on the steps of the entrance. I put on the sunglasses I had stuck in my backpack hoping nobody recognized me. I waited for a while until I saw a black van pull up and the man I met a day before get out of the van.
Well, I thought to myself, it's now or never.
