Hello?
"Is your refrigerator running?"
Um... Yeah?
"THEN YOU'D BETTER CATCH IT!"

Terry and I have been hanging out with Rosie, who happens to have the coolest thing ever: A phone. We also manage to laugh at the most generic prank call ever. Rosie thinks it's an achievement to be proud of.

"Do you have any other prank calls you know?" Terry asks, perched on the arm of a sofa.
"Here. I can search for more on the internet." She says, typing on the the screen.

"The perks of living on Halcandran soil is that there's awesome connection everywhere." Rosie murmurs.

"Ok. Here's one." She dials another random number, and calls it.

Hello. Alitto speaking.
"Hi Alitto. Could you hold on a second?"
Um... Sure.

She hands the phone to me, and shouts:
"If you try to take the knife out, it'll only hurt worse!"

I give the thing back to her, and listen closely for Alitto's reply.
"Sorry about that."
Um. I'm just gonna... Go now.
Bye.
Boop boop boop.

Terry and I giggle at the poor man's response for a little.

"Alright. I don't know about you two, but I'm hungry. What do you feel like eating?" Rosie says, shutting off the phone and stretching.

"Food." I drone.
"...What kind?" She asks.
"Good food."
"What food in particular?"
"I'm in the mood for some dried fruit." Terry says, purposely falling backwards on the floor, landing with a soft thud.

"I can do dried fruit. There's this Halcandran here who's always got plenty to spare. She won't mind." Rosie offers.

"Sounds good to me." I say, shrugging.

We exit one of the many lounges in the hospital, and search for the Halcandran.

We eventually find her, and get permission to eat only the papaya, cranberries, bananas, and strawberries.

When we're done stuffing our faces with food, Rosie gets a call herself. After about five minutes of listening carefully, she hangs up, and makes her point clear.

"Your friends are gonna need our help pretty soon. There's gonna be a huge battle in Nočna Morá, and they apparently need all the help they can get."

"A battle?" I puzzle, trying to figure out what exactly is going on.
"Yep. There's a whole lot of bad in the city that needs to be justified, and we're gonna be the ones that do it. My parents are helping out, so why not us?" She says, putting the food away.

"Uhh..." Terry glances at me, fear in his eyes.
"We can do this, Terry. Just... Imagine Dark Galacta Knight and his leader as... Mean spaghetti. Can't hurt us. They can only be rude."

"That's kinda reassuring, but not really. Thanks anyway, Spruce." Terry mumbles.

"No problem." I say, ruffling my feathers.

"You see, our friends found a whole bunch of Mirror Worlders that've been trapped in
Nočna Morá. They joined together to make a tiny army, and plan to take on the one behind it all. BUT!"

"But what?" I ask.

"She has an army herself. A strong one, too. Not really large, though." Rosie says, pacing back and forth.

"Hm. Maybe we can get some of the Halcandrans here to be healers." I suggest.

"Aye. That's what they wanted us to do, in fact." She says, staring at her feet.
