Brianna's POV

Heather and I walked through town going from shop to shop. People were staring at her in Loki's helmet. I couldn't help but laugh. Finally it was lunch and we stopped at a small cafe.

"Are you liking it back in Asgard?" she asked.

"Loving it," I smiled. "How about you?"

"It's amazing." She replied. "So... you and my brother....."

"What about us?" I asked.

"Am I going to have a sister in law or what?" she bluntly asked. I blushed madly.

"Loose lips sink ships," I laughed.

"Brianna! spill it!" she shrieked.

"Well only if you tell me about Loki" I smirked.

"There's nothing to tell," she said before sipping her ale.

"Then I have nothing either" I sighed. Her face twisted in annoyance.

"It's my birthday, the least you could do is share some details but I guess it wouldn't hurt for a bit of gossip on my end," she grumbled. I clapped my hands in victory.

"Well we haven't really talked about anything or kissed or well done anything..... I really like him though, and I think he likes me." I said.

"He does I can tell.. you should kiss him tonight at the party," she smiled.

"I don't want to seem desperate" I sighed.

"Oh no you won't, I could always talk to him for you," she offered.

"That'd be great heather," I smiled. "Your turn"

"Well I sleep in his room as you've noticed. We only hold each other and watch the stars. It's quite sweet actually. He almost kissed me last night but he didn't." She sighed. "I really like him but..."

"But what?" I asked leaning forward to urge her on.

"We used to kind of be siblings and if we were to be together that might be strange," she said.

"Stranger things have happened," I laughed. "Besides, you aren't related at all. and he so obviously likes you,"

"You think?" she asked.

"You're wearing his helmet aren't you?" I smirked. She giggled and nodded.

"Oh look at us! gossiping like school girls," she laughed loudly. I joined in her fun.

"I still need to get you a gift!" I gasped.

"No no, no need. you being here is gift enough" she smiled.

"I still want to get you something, although my friendship is a prize," I joked.

"Yes, a gag prize maybe," she smirked.

"You little quim!" I gasped. She stuck her tongue out and ran. I chased her through the streets, like old times. People stared but we did not pay them attention. We were finally living like we should have been for years.
