High school, the great shit hole we all have to go to some day. Well today was my last year and it happened to be the first day. In our school everyone knows everyone or at least knows of everyone, so when the new kid walked in, everyone knew he was new!
I found him quite attractive actually. He had jet black hair, pale skin, and these hazel eyes that stood out in a crowd like a diamond in the dirt. That was a bad comparison but you get my point! I wanted to get to know him so bad!! So that's exactly what I planned to do!
I walked to the office, where he was getting his schedule, and opened the door. He turned around and smiled at me out of kindness. I smiled back of course and went to the secretary.
"Could I be his tour guide?"
"Sure! He has his schedule already so you guys can go in your way!" I smiled and turned to see him with a worried look. I took his hand and led him out of the office.
As soon as we walked out I dropped his hand and saw a little disappointment in is eyes. I brushed it off and introduced myself.
"Hey, I'm Y/n Y/l/n! I thought you looked cool so I wanted to get to know you!" I said, slightly embarrassed. The boy chuckled.
"I'm Gerard, Gerard Way." He held out his hand and I gladly shook it.
"So where'd you come from?" I asked, trying to make conversation.
"My brother and I moved here from New York." He responded with a smile.
"Who's your brother?"
"Mikey Way." I nodded my head and took his schedule. He had almost every class with me except for science.
"Well it looks like we have all the same classes except for science! So right now we go to algebra! Gross!" Gerard laughed at my humor which pleased me.
I walked him to algebra and we went into the classroom. Everyone stared and I patted Gerard's shoulder to comfort him.
"Ms. Y/f/n, who might that be?" The dumb math teacher said.
"He's new, his name is Gerard." She nodded with approval and I rolled my eyes.
We sat down next to each other in the back of the class. Gerard spent his time taking notes while I just doodled on my paper. I smiled at Gerard when he wasn't looking, he was such a cutie. I tapped his arm to get his attention and showed him my doodles.
"Those are super cool." He said smiling, looking at each and every one. "I draw too, ya know?"
"Really?! You should show me some of your drawings some time!" I whisper yelled. He nodded with the cutest smile.
After math we had lunch and Gerard sat next to me. I wanted him to meet my friends, Ray and Frank, but I also wanted to meet Mikey!
"Gerard, where's Mikey?" He looked around for a bit but then I guess he spotted him and pointed to him. Mikey was sitting alone at a table. He looked adorable and I wanted him to sit with us. I got up and walked right over to him.
"Excuse me?" I said patiently. Mikey turned around and nodded.
"Would you like to sit with my friends and your brother? I really want to get to know you." I said sweetly with a smile on my face.
"Sure!" He smiled. "I'm Mikey by the way." He said as he got up.
"Yeah I know, you brother told me. I'm Y/n."
I got Mikey at the table and sat down in the middle of Gerard and him. I soon saw my two friends, Ray and Frank approaching.
"Hey, Mikey, Gerard, my friends are coming to sit here but don't worry, I swear they're cool."
Once Frank and Ray sat down they gave me a confused look.
"Ray, Frank, this is Gerard and Mikey. They're new here and they're brothers!" I said excitedly.
"Hey, I'm Frank!" Frank said happily.
"And I'm Ray!" I was glad this was getting off to a great start.
During lunch the five of us talked about ourselves and talked about our interests. I found out that Miley had a thing for unicorns and Gerard is scared of needles? I smiled at the thought of that. Gerard is so cute..
"Hey, what are you smiling at?" Gerard said to me.
"You!" I laughed and nudged his arm. He shook his head with a smile.
It was finally last period which I had with Gerard and Frank. It was English and I couldn't take much more. I watched the clock aimlessly, thinking about how amazing it would be to date Gerard. I had a slight crush on him but I had to get that out of my head!
Finally the bell rang and I got up and waited for Gerard and Frank to walk out with me. I went to my locker and got my backpack. I found Gerard and stood next to him as he got my backpack.
"Y/n!! I'll text you when I get home cause I gotta go to work!" Frank yelled.
"Ok!" I yelled back. Gerard finished getting his stuff together and we walked out waiting for Mikey.
"Hey Gerard?"
"Yeah?"
"Can I call you Gee?" I asked, genuinely curious. Gerard laughed a little and looked at me with those hazel eyes of his.
"Sure!" He said and I smiled.
"So when is Mikey gonna get here, Gee?" I said winking.
"He should be here riiiight now!" He pointed a finger to Mikey who was walking out of the door now.
We all walked home and by home I mean I walked the brothers back to their house. We talked on the way about bands and aliens and about their past. It was fun to get to know them but something told me Gee wasn't telling me everything. I shrugged it off for now.
Once I reached their door I hugged both of them bye.
"I never knew you lived so close!"
"You live around here?" Mikey asked.
"Yeah, I live right down the street!"
"You should come over some time." Gee said.
"Indeed I shall!" We all laughed and I walked back to my house after that. I couldn't wait to hangout with Gee again... and of course Mikey!
