It seemed like hours before they reached their destination, jumping to the outer rim, to the Horuset System. It was desolate, the only planet residing there was Korriban.

"Sir, we've arrived." A voice chimed in over the intercom, breaking the silence in the small chamber. Kylo stood, pressing the button that opened the hatch between the small bridge and the pilots cabin.

"Signs of life?" He asked, turning his attention to the pilot, who shook his head in return.

"No, sir. We've scanned the Arrival Port and it's clear. As for the rest of the area, it's still unknown." He replied, "We're landing now."

Kylo nodded at him, before turning around to face Avatra. She was listening intently to the two men, her heart beginning to pick up in her chest as she anxiously waited for the ship to land.

"You will follow me, do not stray from the group. This planet is dangerous, and I cannot afford anything to happen to you." He stated, motioning her to stand. She swallowed back the questions that bubbled in her throat, and quickly stood. Kylo turned then, pressing a small button on the metal paneling of the ship.

A shelf, hidden away in the walls of the bridge flipped over, revealing multiple different blasters ranging from rifles to hand cannons. He grabbed a small one, turning to hand it to Avatra.

He hesitated a moment though,

"You do know how to use this, correct?" He asked, pulling it back slightly.

She sighed, slightly annoyed at him.

"Of course I know how to use a blaster." She remarked, urging him to hand the weapon over. Kylo eyed her for a moment, before handing her the blaster. A smile graced her features as she held it, and it reminded her of when Zandro gave her her own. It seemed like ages ago.

"Do not use it unless absolutely nessacary." He stated, pointing a finger at her as though she was a child he was scolding. Her smile quickly faded, and she placed a hand on her hip in annoyance.

"I'm not a child, Kylo. Obviously I won't shoot anyone unless I need to."

He didn't amuse her with a response, instead turning to grab one more item from the rack of weapons. A staff, similar to the one she trains with. He held it out for her, and she gladly took it. It weighed much more than what she was used to, her hands almost dropping it on the floor. She was quick to holster the blaster on her hip, holding the staff in her left hand as she turned her attention to Kylo, opening the door that lead to the main bridge. The troopers were standing now, their blasters at the ready as they held onto the hoops of nylon hanging from the rafter, steadying themselves as the ship began to rattle. Avatra gasped, losing her balance slightly, her first instinct to grab onto something for balance. She grabbed Kylo's arm, and she could feel him tense under her fingers.

"S-sorry." She breathed out, her eyes darting to the troopers. They kept their heads forward, opting to ignore the incident between them. No one touched Kylo Ren, let alone talked to him without being prompted. She let out a soft exhale as the ship steadied, releasing her grip on Kylo's arm to stand on her own.

Despite having trained for this for 7 months, she was beginning to feel the tightness of nervousness in her chest. She could also feel excitement swell in her belly, as this was a new planet for her. She was subconsciously biting her lower lip, waiting for the hatch to open and the ramp to descend. Her eyes roamed from the exit, to Kylo standing in front of her.

She couldn't feel anything from him at that moment, like he had shut off all his emotions and feelings. For a split second, she wished she could do the same.
