After passing by the coffeeshope to get her latté Brook prepared herself to open her store.
Brook was checking the new stock of books that just arrived to her store, THE PRINCESS MARIE bookstore was the name that she had chosen. While putting the books on the shelves she began to remember when she had hurt her bestfriend.
She began to have romantic fellings for Mary by the ending of the last highschool year. They were friends since they were little, and were always there for eatch other, for the best or for the worst, at least Mary was, when Brook won the regionals in a spelling tornament Mary was there and when Brook's parents divorced Mary was there too.
It happened after her boyfriend Kile Collin,the captain of the soccer team, cheated on her with Janette Wilson the school whore who happened to be the captain of the volleyball team, in the day after their first night together. Brook became depressed, but Mary helped her, she offered her shoulder any time Brook needed her, Mary sleeped by her side so she could stop crying and started to relax and sleep. Two months later Brook started to notice Mary in a different way, she became jealous when any girl flirted with her and giddy when they spent time together. Confused by those feelings Brook started to pull away from Mary, she started to hanging out with the cheerleaders, partying, drinking and smoking. Even after all that Mary still called her and tried to talk to her to know why she put distance between them. Brook decided that she had enough ´cause even after hanging out with the cheerios and the dichheaded soccer players she never stopped to feel for Mary, she missed her terribly so she announced to the school that Mary was sleeping with Mr. Bronnam hoping that she had hurt Mary enough so she wouldn't want to see her even if she was made of gold.
She succeded, and a week later she was weeping in her bathroom floor with a positive pregnancy test on her hand.
8 months later it was born Rachel Marie Conner.
