Not long after the attack of the God of Storms, peace had returned. Azorath had found himself going into an orphanage where you had to fight for your food, it was ran by a nasty man. Ever since the town found out that the beast had destroyed his house, along with everyone inside it. He had met up with another boy, named Freddy, who dreamed of being a fire fighter as well as getting revenge on any wizard who could cast fire. These two children were the laughing stocks of the orphanage, Azorath more then Freddy. They would make fun of the pair in anyway they could. Little did they know what was soon to happen.
"Azorath!" yelled Grimmock, the owner of the orphanage "Get to my office NOW!" Every child of all ages cowered by the loud yelling. "Oh jeez." Azorath said to Freddy "We know what this is about." "Well you're of age now, time for you to fight for your food." Freddy replied. Azorath sighed and made his way to the office, with hurry. Every kid either laughed or told him about how they would slaughter him in the fight. Azorath ignored them and continued on.
"Uh hello? You wanted to see me?" Azorath said as he slowly opened the door. "Sit down and shut up boy." Grimmock barked without even looking up from his desk. "Now!" "Uh well okay sure I can do that." Azorath replied as he took a seat across from him. Grimmock spoke, without even bothering to look at him "Tomorrow is your first match boy. Whether you live or die is no concern to me." "Yeah I know, so who's my first?" Azorath asked, unknowingly and a little bit concerned. "Don't worry about it."Gimmock said with an evil grin"Now GET OUT!"
"He wouldn't tell you who it was?" Freddy asked questioningly. "No, I wish, though he probably thinks i won't be able to win. Kinda rude of him if you ask me." Azorath said, somewhat annoyed "Well I'll show him. Let's just say I have a trick up my sleeve."a small chuckle left his mouth as he finished his sentence.
Tomorrow was the day that Azorath would have to start fighting for his food. Everyone was curious to see how he would do, including himself, with the power of a god infused within him, what unknown powers could be stored? That very next morning, Azorath prepared for something new and exciting."Well I guess I better make a move on, I mean c'mon, I wanna eat of course" Azorath said with a surprisingly happy tone as he spoke to Freddy, as they sat in their shared room. "Good luck out there, Azorath." Freddy said, he was worried about his best friend, but he would never admit to it. "I think you're gonna need it. Some of these guys are scary let me tell ya." "Oh pfffft I don't fear them, for it is them who should fear I." Azorath said with a slight chuckle, he had confidence that he was going to win this fight. "Alright, well I am gonna go ahead. Make sure to grab a good seat!" As he went on and left the room, Freddy sighed and mumbled "What an idiot. He is gonna get himself killed." As Azorath went on, he dealt with the fellow people at the orphanage. Their comments of "I hope you're ready to get crushed you weakling." and "Maybe finally you'll leave here once you're dead." didn't affect Azorath. They made him laugh, for he knew the outcome of his battle and he knew that these people knew nothing about him. He eventually stood at his side of the arena, the entire place made of stone was rough and could easily tear a person's skin apart. The gate behind him closed as the one on the other side opened slowly. Azorath gasped at who he had to face.
