Creator Joshua's note~ Warning: This chapter contains the first flashback in this series. All words inside two pairs of parentheses ((Like this)) are part of a flashback. At the end of the flashback there will be ~ and the chapter of when it happened. This is how all flashbacks will be settled, but I don't intend to have to many or one each chapter. I may warn you when it happens next. I just wanted to let you know before hand so there would be no confusion. Thank you and enjoy.
______________________________________After the whole Poliko problem was settled, both Minou and Azorath went to their home. The rest of the matches continued while Azorath and Itatsu rested up to help themselves. Itatsu was offered to fight in the next match, but refused because he was already in a bad condition. Today was the 2nd to final round. Only two matches were on today, the match of Egorr versus Azorath, and Minou versus Suké. Everyone sat and stood around in the watching area, as the broken wall was patched up and the door was locked down with a large padlock."Man, where could Erwin be?" Azorath asked Minou as they sat together at a table. Similar banter lived through-out the entire area. Everyone was curious about the entire things, and nobody had any answers. Itatsu and Ochi Konda joined Azorath and Minou at the table, and discussed current events at the tournament with them.
Erwin stood in the doorway, and as if his presence demanded attention, everyone stopped and watched him. He cleaned his throat and began talking. "Alright, today is the second to last round here, in this tournament. And since our regular arena is broken, then I'm going to have to play my card early. All participants today, stand before me." They all went forward to him, standing as they were told. Erwin reached into his pocket, and pulled out a card, as if it was for a deck. ,None of you will be allowed to leave, until the matches are over" and Erwin threw down the card, it made a flashing light and everything changed.
The five of them appeared on top of the a building. Small platforms and flying cameras flew everywhere across the sky above them. On each of their sides were two towers. Everyone looked around in confusion, asking questions like "Wha?" Or "Where are we?", but soon Azorath had a little flashback. ((He was standing in front of the Zelibar Tournament building. The building was 6 stories tall, with a completely flat rooftop atop. The building had no windows whatsoever and appeared to be made of stone with patches of dark metal in a pattern. The building had two towers off to the side that extended not very far above the roof of the main building. It also had the stone and metal pattern. ~ Chapter 8)) His eyes opened wide. "You teleported us to the top of the Zelibar Tournament building!" He yelled out to Erwin. Erwin nodded at them all. "Yes. Today you will have to fight on the roof. There will be nonlethal traps that will shoot out of some of our flying machines over here. Some will shoot out good things however. And if you happen to fall, you will be caught, but it will hurt either way. A trained fighter must know how to survive in the wild, that was your first test.
((across the arena as traps of fire pillars, swinging sandbags, and moving bars around.~Chapter 9))
You have also learned how to take an opponent one on one, with me looking after you of course.
((Holo Image of Erwin appeared in the middle of the arena. "Alright! I'll be watching this match, so remember, no killing and no cheating. Alright lets get it on!"~ Chapter 12))
Now this is your second to final test. It will only get more difficult from here on out. Tyrone, Azorath, your match is first. Minou and Suké, you will resign in the blimp floating above the building." He told them, and after he said so, the two of them disappeared. Azorath began to freak out a little, but was soon interrupted by the commanding and powerful aura of Egorr. "Alright, stand behind the yellow lines, and I will soon start the match. They did as they were told, and they prepared for a fight like no other. "I give you chance now, to surrender before I throw you off edge." Egorr said to Azorath as he stared him down. "Well let's just see. I never thought I'd make it past my first round. But here I am, I've beaten my limits, and you're my next limit." He replied to Egorr as he stared back. Erwin walked off the roof arena and stood on a little platform. The little platform flew off and started to hover in the air around the match. "Allllllright! Let's begin!" Erwin announced and than immediately a bell rang.
