The group of five walked on and on. They defeated any monsters or animals that stood in their way or attacked them. Every night they talked around a campfire, telling stories of past adventures. All except one. Stephen ususally walked alongside Minou and stayed quiet. Another night they sat around a campfire, talking.
A: So I was thinking Itatsu, I have a blast coming up with some attacks and moves, why, I came up with all of mine, so I was wondering if we could work together to make one for you?
I: Well maybe, but my problem is I've been trying to get some real martial arts skills before I can actually start working on magic. Get my bases covered you know? However I would love some team moves for Suké and I.
A: Sweet! I'll be sure to brain storm my best.
S: I've got plenty of ice powers to work with if that helps.
M: HEY! How come you never made a team move for us?
A: I figured you wouldn't do it because you think that stuff is lame. And thanks Suké I'll keep that in mind.
M: Hmph! I do not...
S: Maybe you should say it louder so that he can pick up on the jealousy.
M: Shush! Don't say that out loud!
S: Oh calm down. He is to busy talking about moves with Itatsu.
M: Oh....well....don't scare me like that.
S: Girl, you need to be smoother than that.
A: Ok so what if you did the Charging Buffalo attack but instead of you running, you just take a step forward and Suké puts ice below so you slide forward?
I: Ehhhh but what if I fall?
A: Good point. I'll keep that in mi- wait I feel like we should pay attention to something right now.
I: Nah I'm sure it's fine.
A: Well if you think so.Stephen just sat there watching their conversations. "You people are pathetic." He said before laying down. Minou sighed and Azorath gave him and mean look while Suké and Itatsu just looked away awkwardly. "Well! Maybe we should sleep." Minou told them as she went to lay down as well. The rest soon followed and went to sleep.
The next day they packed up and continued to walk on until they ran into a nice wooded area. Azorath turned to Itatsu and said "I think this is a good place to train, you in?" Itatsu's face lit up. "Sounds awesome!" He said before running off to the woods. Suké watched before going up to Azorath and asking "Is this open to everyone?" Azorath nodded his head with a slight grin before running into the forest, chasing after Itatsu. Suké turned to Minou and said "You joining in or what?" Minou looked past Suké into the forest which showed blasts of magic being thrown about. "Sure, why not?" She answered. Both ladies went to join the fight.
Itatsu leapt throughout the forest on branch to branch, as Azorath ran on the ground to follow. They shot small magic blasts at each other as they continued to move. Azorath leapt up into the branches to follow closer, but fell back onto the ground and started to run again. "Ha! Can't keep your balance can you Azorath?" Itatsu asked to mock. Azorath shrugged and replied "Well technically I've never had any training before, so I get my knowledge from reading." Itatsu tripped on a branch and fell onto another one, laying there as he layed down. "What?! You've never had any training?!" He questioned. Azorath stopped and looked up at him. "Well yeah, most of what I know is just common sense. I have never learned a fighting style."
At the same time, Minou and Suké stood in front of eachother before they began to fight. "Looks like we can use weapons now." Minou acknowledged as she summoned a plain steel sword in her hands. Suké smirked and summoned a metal hockey stick and skates on her feet. "Looks like we can." She replied as she began to make the ground around her turn into ice. Minou slid forward as Suké skated forward. Their weapons met in the middle with a clang as they struggled for power. Minou's feet began to slide because she has the disadvantage. At which Suké began to push forward more. She began to talk to Minou "You know, you can use as many weapons as you want right?" Minou nodded, so Suké dropped a puck on the ground and said "Well then game on."
Itatsu dropped down onto the ground in front of Azorath. "I'm calling bull." He told his friend\rival. Azorath just looked at him and replied "Well I was raised in an orphanage and they don't teach Martial Arts there. I did however read some books about it and controlling your magic. But the only books we got were old and some pages were missing." Itatsu looked astonished. "So you're telling me," He asked "That you were able to rival me AND beat me, ONLY because you read a few books?" Azorath chuckled a little as he began to rub the back of his neck and look away. "Well.........that isn't the ONLY reason...." He slowly said. Azorath then looked around to check for anyone. When he saw nobody else within hearing distance he whispered something into Itatsu's ear. Itatsu's eyes widened as he yelled "A WHAT OF STORMS?!"
Both Suké and Minou were in a troubling battle. Their wits were at an end, and their bodies were getting ready to grow tired. They used their metal tools for swinging, but neither of them were able to land it just right. "Heh.....I'm impressed," Suké began to admit "Nobody have ever been an equal to me in hockey, especially not a one on one match." Minou began to relax a bit. "Well, my speed makes up for my little experience on slick floors." She said before noticing Azorath and Itatsu, who were walking back from their run. Azorath was giving an awkward look, while Itatsu seemed freaked out, like he had seen a ghost. Itatsu went over to a tree trunk to sit and think, while Azorath walked to the end of the magic-made hockey rink. Minou looked concerned at Azorath, she slid over to him and whispered "What did you do?!" Azorath whispered back "Weeeeelllllll, let's just say he knows my little God secret..." Minou looked astonished and didn't know what to do. Suké on the other hand, knew exactly what to do. While she couldn't hear Azorath and Minou, she knew she would have to check on her Super Squad Leader. So she slowly skated, with a smirk. When she got close to Minou, she pretended to stretch and pushed her Catunease friend forward. Minou was busy freaking out, so the somewhat light shove made her fall forward, and Azorath caught her. Minou looked around, until she noticed she was in Azorath's arms. He looked confused by the sudden trip and asked "Hey, you ok?" Minou's face began to turn pink, and she jumped up. "Yep! Nope I'm fine!" She panicked and said before walking away towards Suké and Itatsu without saying a work. However, before she could get very far, Azorath grabbed her arm and gently pulled her towards him. "Hey, I have a question to ask you." Azorath stated as he looked at her. Minou gulped, with her face turning a little redder. She struggled to get out the word "Yeah?" Azorath stopped for a moment, until he knew he had to do it. After hesitation he asked "Did you have a nice trip?" Afterwards he chuckled at himself for his cheesy joke. Minou's blush disappeared, and she looked annoyed. "No, it was NOT nice, thank you very much." She turned away and went to stand near Suké. Azorath looked confused about what the sudden attitude was about, so he stopped to think about it.
Suké patted Itatsu's back, to try and calm him. At the same time, she looked at Minou. "You are going to have to make it more obvious next time." Suké whispered at her. "There is no way." Itatsu said to himself "That creature was killed." Suké pretended to listen to him, saying "Mhm." Or "Yep." Every time Itatsu said something. Minou whispered back "Will he ever notice, I have been dropping hints." Suké snickered before whispering "Girl you drop hints like feathers, I can't even see the hints." Minou sighed. "Maybe you're right." She admitted "And maybe I'm not great at this."
Eventually, Itatsu calmed down and Azorath went to make sure Minou wasn't mad. They all chatted for a bit, with Minou keeping her secret to herself and Suké, and Itatsu keeping Azorath's secret to themselves. Stephen walked to them and told them that they should continue walking for an hour before sleeping. "You never want to sleep anywhere near this forest." He said "Rumor has it, that the trees come alive at night." This of course convinced everyone to hurry and leave. They walked on and slept later that night.

Creator Joshua's note~Hey everyone! Sorry this chapter was a bit late. And super sorry that this keeps happening lately. See I'm actually working on a few other projects at the moment. One that should get a chapter release soon, and one that won't get a release until it's 100% completed, and that won't be done for a looooong time. I would have had one thing done by now, buuuut I accidentally deleted the story. I'm just glad it wasn't this one! What I meant to do was delete a chapter but somehow the entire story was gone. Maybe it was a glitch? Maybe I'm just an idiot? Who knows. Either way, I had to restart on that project so there was even more delays! Hope you all can forgive me, and I think you'll all like it when I'm done. Make sure to leave a comment if you have any questions, and never forget to have a good day or night!
