Chapter 14: The ZT Round 3! Part 1

In the middle of the night, while Azorath was still recovering from the dark magic, a swirling black hole appeared out of nowhere, and out from it walked Ochi Konda. He said nothing, and walked on forward to the asleep Azorath. Ochi put his hand on Azorath's head, and closed his eyes.

"Why must I fight you so much?" Azorath said in an arena with a full crowd. "I left you behind. I wish to forget about you and your betrayal." The other person laughed. "Scum such as yourself should be tortured daily, and this is the best way you can do it yourself." He said to Azorath. "Shut up Freddy. Don't make me kill you here AGAIN! How many times has it been so far?" Azorath replied. "Well I won some, and you won some, so I dunno. Enough blabber, let's fight!" Freddy finished with before they ran forward and swung their blades at eachother. They struck eachother with a clang just as before. The both threw out a flurry of attacks and met eachother at their blades end. Ochi watched from afar, and admired the fight. "Even if this was a dream, he seemed to have no control over what happened, yet he fights that well?" Ochi whispered to himself, as he watched the fight unfold. There were jumps snd flips going on and around, both seeming to.run out of breath. "The only....good thing about these dreams is it helps me think of new moves to create.....not to mention......test them out." Azorath said as he panted a little. Azorath started to run at Freddy, who readied a sword swipe to take advantage of Azorath's speed. But he jumped over Freddy, and snapped his fingers as he did so. A bolt of lighting struck upwards from the floor, just like he had done used the move Lightning Rod to Ochi. But this time, Azorath flipped around to face Freddy, and shot him with the Blitz Gun a few times. As Azorath landed on the ground, Freddy fell on his knees, looking down on the ground. "This is it, my enemy. You're just a dream, and as I grow and evolve, you will stay the same. You're no match for me anymore." Azorath said as he raised his sword high into the air, to finish his enemy off. But Freddy floated up into the air, and was consumed by an aura of darkness. His existence was no more.

Ochi quickly floated in and took Freddy's place. Azorath dropped his sword in surprise. "Wait.....Ochi Konda? That can't be right. I don't hate you or have anything against you. Why are you here?" He asked. "You fight in a dream world, yet you seem to have no control over anything that happens here. Is every dream you have a personal prison?" Ochi asked, as Azorath's plain looking sword floated in front of him. He grabbed onto it, and replied "Yes. No doubt it is most likely work of my evil self. But you refused to answer my question Ochi. Why....or rather how, are you here?" Ochi snickered at the question. "This is nothing. I can read minds, and even travel through them. I came here to warn you that your match is going to be coming soon. So far Egorr is taking every hit from someone, so there's no doubt that it will end soon. You've got to wake up." "Azorath jumped back in even more surprise. "WHAT? NO I CAN'T BE DISQUALIFIED! Umm....how do I wake myself up? Hmmm." Azorath stopped to think while Ochi facepalmed at him and said "I can get you out but....are you sure your body is ready? You were out cold last night." Azorath thought for a bit about it. "Look. I may not be in best condition, but I need to do my best on this. And if that takes pushing my body to the limits, then so be it." He said finally, after a moment of silence between the two. "Ok. But remember, you can forfeit." Ochi replied before snapping his fingers.

Azorath forcefully woke up. He quickly sat up as he started to awaken, as if he had a bad dream. Ochi stood there, holding his hand out to Azorath. "We have to go. Egorr just picked up the other guy, whatever his name is, and is ready to throw him." He told Azorath. "Ok lemme jus-erk!" Azorath was interrupted by the pain as he started to get up. Ochi tried to help him, but Azorath wouldn't let that happen. He stood up and had bandages all over his torso. They were tight enough to where the pained area was covered, but loose enough to where he could move and bend. Ochi looked down and felt bad, but there was nothing he could do about it. "Ok....I'm good now.." Azorath said as he started to calm down and got more used to the pain. Ochi snapped his fingers and a black hole-like portal appeared on the other ground. On the other side was the roof of the audience area. Azorath stood at the edge of the portal, and stared at it nervously. Ochi sighed and rolled his eyes as he pushed in Azorath, then jumped in after him. They jumped out of the other side, landing on the ground safely. Azorath silently freaked out and looked around. Nobody had noticed them yet, as the match was just about to finish. Egorr held someone in the air, and just tossed him on the floor, but the man landed on his feet and attempted a flurry of kicks. The kicks were so fast that his feet were on fire, most likely from magic. These kicks barely affected Egorr. Azorath sat and watched. "Hmmmm.....curiouser.." He said to himself as he watches closer and studied Egorr. Egorr slapped the person away, which throw him against the wall. At that point the match was over, and Egorr left again. While that happened, Minou started to get up, to go tell Erwin that Azorath hasn't come back yet, but she ran into him on accident. "Oh....sorry sir..." She said as she looked upwards to find Azorath there with a grin. "Haha miss me?" He said as he scratched the back of his head. "What....wait...WHAT?!" Minou yelled and she lightly pushed him. "Ok well...go get 'em! I was gonna tell Erwin your condition but...nevermind!" They both laughed for a bit. "Uhh.....Azorath? You coming onto the stage orrrrr?" Erwin said. "Yeah! I'll be right there!" He replied, as he started to walk to thr arena.

     Hey everyone! Sorry this took so long to post. I meant to have it in yesterday but some stuff came up so I got to it this morning. Hope you enjoy it, the next chapter is going to have awesome fights so make sure to watch out for that. Maybe I did leave you on kinda a cliff hanger just for fun haha.
