And when I left, they released a big 'awwww', followed by 'you're beautiful' compliments, and when Sadie told me that I looked like a princess, I remembered Finn, and panicked. Oh, shit. I couldn't have left. Shit, shit, I was his nanny and I had left him alone at home. Oh, God, the world's worst nanny.
As I fought there, muttering that I was a horrible and blablabla, Sadie and Millie started laughing, making me stop and stare at them without understanding.
"For God's sake, relax!" - Sadie said, still laughing as she patted my shoulders. I narrowed my eyes, still confused. - "Finn is not alone, y/n, the boys are there, we look for you exactly because we knew he would not be alone," - She said in a sweet, smiling voice.
"Yep, that's right, now hurry up, you got a hundred dresses to try on!!!" - Millie said as she pushed me back into the dressing room, laughing along with Sadie. I rolled my eyes and couldn't help but laugh together. I tried party dresses for at least an hour and a half, more or less, I couldn't take it anymore. Millie and Sadie eventually experienced some dresses as well. Sadie chose a dark blue dress with some embroidered stones on top, and Millie chose a white and red with some flowers in her skirt, they looked like two princesses, I couldn't help but smile at them like that. There were like a hundred dresses on the couch in front of us, and I couldn't take it any longer, Millie and Sadie exchanged a long look, thinking, analyzing me from top to bottom, until Millie smiled.
"What? God, please, don't make me try it all over again" - I implored, raising my hands, making them laugh.
"This one!" - Millie said as she picked up a black dress with some sparkles and handed it to me, I quickly put it on and left the dressing room. They both looked at me and released a big 'awwww', smiling. I felt my cheeks flush, and I looked in the mirror. The dress was really beautiful. It was not long, but it was not so short either. - "Okay girls come on, let's pay, I already got my and your shoes, we still have to put on our makeup and everything" - Millie said as I took off the dress and finally put on my clothes. We paid, took all the bags and waited for our car.
"But, Millie, what time is the party? It's still 15pm... I mean..." - I said as I got in the car with them.
"Sweet, we need to get dressed, not that we're not wonderful, but one more little thing always helps, and after all, I can't miss the chance to make-up YOU AND SADIE!" - Millie practically screamed as she grabbed me and Sadie, and we start laughing.
