"Damn it, I missed you." The voice muttered in my ear.

I was so high off the ground I knew that it was Blake. I smiled and placed my arms on top of his.

"I missed you too." I told him.

He set me down and turned me around. We just smiled at each other for a moment, till we heard someone clear their voice. I looked over at Dom and Gabi who were staring at us.

"Oh yeah! Dom and Gabi this is Blake. Blake, Dom and Gabi." After introducing them I asked Blake what I had been wondering. "Can Gabi and Dom stay with us? I don't want them going back home." I looked up at him.

I swear he got taller.

"Of course, you don't have to ask." He smiled.

He wrapped his arm around my waist and we walked back to his truck. The drive home was filled with laughter, I was thankful no one brought up the events that took place. We all just talked and laughed, it was nice. It was about 6:30 in the morning when we got to Blake's. The sun was about to rise but I felt like sleeping for years, we all did.

Once we helped Gabi and Dom get settled in their room, they asked Blake for an extra blanket. While he went to go get them one I ran to his room. I opened the door, and walked to his closet. I threw on a flannel of his and then a pair of his boxers, I don't think the dude believed in shorts. I then jumped into his huge bed and buried myself under his big, puffy, white blanket. I curled up under there and I started to fall asleep.

I felt the bed dip next to me. I didn't move when Blake placed a kiss on my neck. I felt his arm wrap around me and the warmth from his shirtless body felt nice on a cold winter night...

The next morning I woke up to the smell of bacon. I checked Blake's phone that was on the nightstand next to me. It was 7:22 in the morning. But that would mean... I slept over 24 hours!? I shot out of bed, and into the kitchen.

Gabi was there making breakfast, Dom and Blake were talking about Blake's new album coming out soon.

"Morning sleepy. Nice outfit." Dom laughed.

"Hey it's comfy! And why didn't anyone wake me?" I asked.

"You looked too peaceful, plus you needed it." Blake said, "now c'mere."

I jumped in Blake's lap, while his arm laced around my waist and rested on my legs. As we absently waited for Gabi to make our food, Blake and Dom started talking again. I listened to them, they were so different. Dom had a mustang, Blake liked his truck, Dom was a city boy into acting, Blake was country all the way and into singing, Dom was a rum kind of guy, Blake loved his beer and whiskey.

However, listening to them they were like two long lost brothers. After Gabi served us, her and Dom went out to the porch swing out back to eat. Blake and I ate in silence, he was absent mindedly was playing with the rim of his boxers I was wearing. After I finished I leaned back into his chest.

"Hey B?" I asked him.

"B?" He laughed.

I shrugged, "It sounded cool in my head. But why did Jon call you? And not Adam, I mean. Don't take it wrong, I was just wondering."

He adjusted me on his lap and sighed. "Well, he just thought I would handle the situation better I guess. Adam agreed I should go get you and bring you back here, since I've been kind of sleeping at his place mostly." He told me softly.

"Adam didn't want to see me?" I asked.

"No!" He shook his head. "I mean well, of course he did. He just didn't want um, him and Jesse overwhelming you." He told me, I knew he was holding back.

I was going to call him out on it when his doorbell rang.

"Now who in the heck can that be?" He muttered.

I tried to slide off his lap to let him get up. "Oh no, you're not leaving my sight."

He wrapped one hand around my waist and carried me to the door like that.

"Blllaaakkkkeee." I groaned, already sensing this over protective nature about to become a habit.

"Hush, it's probably no one important sweetheart." He told me and he opened the door.

My jaw dropped at the sight of the blonde hair, blue eyed, cheating, heart breaker.

 "Miranda?" Blake choked out.
