Lucifer's Feelings Are Out Of Control

25: When Things Collapse

(So, I can't resist doing a giant fight scene before leaving for finals! So yeah this is just straight up bad and unhappy so save yourself while you can. No jk don't do that. Don't leave meh! So yeah be sure to comment bc I know you won't enjoy this! Until later...)

Everyone freezes after Maxlar snaps. They were teleported somewhere they didn't recognize and both Whishling brothers suddenly seem more dangerous than normal.

Lucifer protectively moves Brittney behind him, but Maxlar scoffs bitterly.

"Enough, Lucifer, just give up already." He mutters while shoving Lucifer aside with a flick of his wrist. Gabriel and Castiel charge at him, angel blades at the ready. Sam and Dean quickly pull out their guns and aim them at Malvo. Maxlar ducks around Gabe's arm, grabbing it and brutally snapping it. Castiel manages to barely scratch Maxlar's left side before he too is shoved against the wall.

Sam and Dean quickly fire their guns at Malvo, who quickly disappears. He reappears behind Charlie and grabs her arms, pinning them behind her. She struggles against his grip, and as everyone is momentarily distracted, Maxlar grabs Gabe's angel blade before slinging it.

"NOOO!" Lucifer screams as the blade plunges into Brittney's shoulder. She screams and collapses to the floor. Sam fires at Maxlar, hitting his leg. Maxlar grunts and falls to his knee, eyes flashing with rage. Malvo shoves Charlie against the wall, knocking her out before flicking his wrist in Sam's direction.

"We win this fight, Lucifer! You know it!" Maxlar screams as the group slowly is beaten bloody. Dean punches Malvo in the face after he knocks Castiel out. Maxlar attempts to pull out his sword and injure Dean, but Lucifer blocks him.

"You sure about that?" Lucifer hisses and Maxlar chuckles evilly. He licks his lips, panting heavily. Malvo wipes the blood from his nose after winning the hand to hand combat with Dean. Lucifer watches Maxlar begin to laugh madly.

"See, the thing about personally knowing the author is, you learn things. You know what comes next." Maxlar cackles and Lucifer smirks slightly.

"So what's so bad that Tenny asked Malvo to get there on time?" Lucifer asks and Maxlar suddenly stops laughing.

"Fuck off." He hisses and Malvo gives him a sharp look.

"Hmm? I'm truly curious. Does something happen to the big bad villain?" Lucifer pouts, pacing around the room, trying to get closer to Brittney. Malvo narrows his eyes at Lucifer as Maxlar begins to shake.

"Nothing happens. Nothing has happened." Maxlar spits and Malvo's expression softens slightly as he looks over at his broken older brother. Lucifer notices this and smirks again.

"I think someone's lying.." Lucifer sings slightly and Maxlar snaps at him.

"You mind your own damn business." Maxlar hisses and Lucifer scoffs.

"Or what? You'll kill me?" Lucifer mocks and Maxlar growls slightly. Malvo rolls his eyes before grabbing his purple sword.

"I think you don't have it in you to actually kill me. I think something's stopping you." Lucifer whispers and Maxlar shakes his head.

"You don't know shit about us, Lucifer." Maxlar snaps and Lucifer snorts.

"No kidding." He mutters before getting hit in the back of the head by the hilt of Malvo's sword. Maxlar sighs shakily, left hand in his pocket. Malvo sadly shakes his head before turning to inspect the unconscious heroes of this story. 

"We should get them into the cells now." Maxlar nods distantly and Malvo walks over, putting his hand on Maxlar's shoulder. Maxlar shrugs it off before stomping over to Lucifer's body. He begins to drag it off into the hallway of cells. Malvo sighs heavily before following suit with Sam.

(MAGICAL TIME SKIP)

Lucifer grunts slightly as he sat up, head pounding. He looks around as a small sniffle startles him. 

"Bean." He croaks and the sniffling stops slightly.

"No, she's um... not waking up." Charlie chokes and Lucifer falls back down.

"It hit her shoulder, she should be fine." Charlie croaks as Lucifer manages to sit back up. He was in his own cell. Charlie and Brittney in another, Sam across from Gabe and Dean next to Sam's. Cas was next to Gabriel's cell and all of them remain silent.

"Where's Whishling company?" Lucifer mutters and Sam shrugs.

"Who knows? Who cares?" He mutters and Lucifer sighs.

"Well, I think I learned something about them. I think." Lucifer says and everyone looks over at him, intrigued.

"They easily could've killed at least one of us. But they didn't. I don't think that's Tenny's doing." He shrugs and Castiel frowns.

"What do you mean?" 

"I mean that something happened to them in the past and for some reason vowed never to kill anyone. I don't know, but Maxlar sure did get defensive when I called him big bad villain."

"Maybe cause it's Maxlar and he's emotional?" Dean offers and Lucifer shakes his head.

"No, Malvo gave him a pity look after Maxlar denied anything happening to him." Gabriel's eyes widen.

"You're kidding." Charlie whispers and Lucifer shakes his head before breaking out in a grin.

"Someone's got a secret!" The others all chuckle slightly before the silence fills the cell block again. 

"How's we end up here?" Dean whispers and Sam shrugs. Castiel shakes his head while Gabe snorts bitterly.

"Look at us, sitting here sobbing like brats." He snaps and Lucifer nods. He looks over at Brittney, her chest barely rising and falling. Lucifer bites the inside of his cheek, trying not to cry.

"Dammit Bean, wake up. Come on, you got this, baby girl." He whispers slightly and Gabe looks sadly over at him, being the only one to hear him.

"She'll make it, Luce." Gabe whispers back and Lucifer shakes his head. Maxlar tilts his head back, having been watching them talk. He heard the secret conversation and his emotions were showing again.

"I'll make sure you feel my pain Lucifer. She won't make it." Maxlar hisses, suddenly storming down the hall and grabbing the front of Lucifer's shirt. Lucifer frowns at him as Maxlar lets go. Maxlar opens the door to Charlie and Brittney's cell.

"Touch her and I will fucking kill you." Lucifer snaps and Maxlar freezes in his tracks. He pulls the knife out of Brittney's shoulder before slamming the cell door close again. Maxlar glares at Lucifer with all his might before storming off.

"We need to discuss what he just said to me."

(Dun dun dun. There, nice and dramatic and a cliffhanger for both the prequel and this. Cause like I said, these two stories are gonna be going so much hand in hand at this point. The sequel to Lucifer's Feelings Are Out Of Control will start after I finish A Villain's Lily Flower, which might take a little while after this one is done, but that's okay. So yeah, that happened and yeah. *is super excited for the end of this story* *remembers actual ending* Oh fuck... I take that back. Anywho... Until later...)
