So today was a crap day, as you can tell from the title...
I got to the library this morning and Michael wasn't there, so I texted him. He texted me back and said, "Story Time." I was confused. Then, he called me. I declined the call because I was in the library and it was loud in there. Anyway, I asked him to text it to me. It turns out he missed the bus and his other siblings (he has seven siblings, but only three of them still live at home plus him) got a ride with his mom. So he was standing at the bus stop waiting on the bus when this guy that lives on his road drove by. The guy offered him a ride, but Michael declined. He walked back home and started calling and texting his siblings trying to get someone to take him to school. Finally one of his sisters answered and came to get him. Before she got there, he was texting me. Here was our conversation:

Anyway, he didn't get there until close to the end of second period. We walked to third period together. We didn't do much in third period. Anyway, we went to lunch and stuff and then back to third period. Third period ended and Michael and I walked out to the parking lot together. We were mostly talking about Downtown Christmas tonight (I have to dance with my studio at it and I'm super nervous and Michael's going to be there) and how nervous I was. He kept telling me how good I was. I told him he was full of baloney. 😂😂😂 Then, he started to walk away but I told him not to go yet. I told him I was going to miss him and stuff because we wouldn't see each other for two days. Then, he said, "Okay fine. Here." Then he started to lean in. I knew he was trying to kiss me. I leaned in a bit and then I freaking out and backed away. He realized that I wasn't going to kiss him and he leaned back and looked at me. He said, "Oh, I see how it is." I knew he was just kidding, but it made me feel bad for not kissing him back. So now if my mom lets me meet up with him after I dance like we planned, I need to explain everything to him and why I didn't kiss him. It's just because I freaked out and I've never kissed anyone before.
I need you guys to give me advice!
Update: I met Michael at Downtown Christmas. It ended up just being the two of us, which was fine by me. We talked about our almost kiss and he said that it's ok that I didn't kiss back. He said to just let him know when I'm ready. ❤️ He's too sweet...anyway, we got got chocolate and walked around and went into some of the shops. We also went into the library and sat down for a while. We saw Billy in there too. He stole the last of my hot chocolate. 😂😂😂 Anyway, Michael had to leave soon after, so we waited at the library for our parents. My parents actually got there first, so Michael ran off so it wouldn't look like we were being couple-y or anything. Bless him. ❤️❤️❤️ It was a great night overall.
