Doing This Again

I wrote yet another letter to my ex.

I'm going to actually send him this one.

Dear Michael,

We haven't spoken in over a month.

It's weird walking into the classroom and not speaking to you or even acknowledging you. But I knew it was probably best for us to have our space.

But I'm here to say that I miss you. I miss being able to talk to you and text you when class got boring. I hate ignoring you, but to be fair, you've been ignoring me too.

If it's at all possible, I would like for us to be friends. Good friends.

I want to be on good terms with you again.

I'm really sorry for everything that happened in the past, but this is a new year and I'd like to be able to turn over a new leaf with you.

I hope you'll forgive me and be my friend.
