I'm not wanting to cry every five seconds...

But Abby (Michael's best friend and ex-girlfriend) messaged me and asked if I was okay...

I told her I was doing better...

I still don't really know what to do with myself...

I feel empty...

And lonely...

I think I just need to keep my mind off of him...
