Chapter 2

Dinner ended on a good note,  I agreed to meet  the guy Annalise was  setting me up with,  I had to admit I was rather curious.
I got back to my penthouse apartment,  overlooking the city,  it had 5 massive bedrooms,  each with an attached bathroom. I had an open planned kitchen and dining room,  which led to the living room.  The apartment came with a fully functional library,  which was perfect since I loved reading and books,  I also had a home office added which was actually quite handy. 

Mrs Chase,  my home caretaker  basically,  she's like a mom to me,  greeted me as I walked in exiting my personal elevator,  at which I had 3 bodyguards awaiting my arrival.  I smiled at them,  "Hey guys" I said happily.  I tried to maintain a good relationship  with all my staff since we spend a lot of time together. I went to my bedroom,  which was decorated in a rustic manner,  a lot of dark wood and I loved it.

I stripped myself of my clothes and took a hot shower,  mentally  preparing myself for my "blind" date tomorrow.  I was kinda looking forward to it. I washed my hair and relished the feeling,  man I need a good massage,  if only I had a man to help relieve the stress. 

I got out of the shower,  dried myself and my hair up.  I locked my bedroom door,  and switched off the light,  and switched my TV on instead. One of my favorite movies were on,  "The tooth fairy" . I think I had a crush on Dwayne Johnson,  his smile was beautiful. Aaah if only I were that lucky,  I thought to myself,  and sighed. I changed the channel,  and decided to check my instagram,  I gained 2365 followers today, I just decided to scroll through my notifications, and I had noticed some guy I met at a cocktail  party followed me,  we hit it off immediately,  he's a nice person. I followed him back.  I had soo many messages on instagram so I decided to check it since I couldn't sleep, The guy from the  party messaged me thanking me for the follow back,  we got to talking  about why we aren't asleep,  we ended up face timing  and yes,  I face timed him, with no makeup on and dark circles under my eyes,  we spoke for 2 hours and 13 minutes  on the phone,  laughing  quite a bit,  his hair was a mess and he wasn't wearing  a shirt,  he looked HOT  but he knew it, we texted for a half hour before finally saying goodnight or good morning, it was 1:30 am when we decided to pause our conversation.
