CHAPTER TEN
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
MALORIE'S POV
I woke up with a slight headache. I get hangovers, definitely, but not bad ones. Taylor, on the other hand, gets migranes.
I was still in my clothes from last night and I had slept in my contacts. Eew, looking through them makes everything look foggy.
I decided to let Tay be, and I went to take a shower. I got out and changed in to a pair of SOFFE'S and a blue tank top.
I throw my hair up in to a messy bun and put on a black head band. Then, I get a sweatshirt out of my closet and throw on my jogging shoes.
I leave Taylor a note saying I'm out for a run.
I always run when I get a hangover. It just seems to help. As I walked out I left my mom a note too and then grabbed my keys, my Ipod, and seven bucks. I tucked my Ipod in to my arm strap and put my keys in my hoodie pocket as well as the money.
I stepped out in to the crisp, cool morning air and did a little stretch before setting out. I made my way down the block. Then, I jogged all the way to the Starbucks where the boys picked me up for the interview.
I went inside and ordered my usual- a white chocolate latte machiato. I took a seat by the window and wrapped my hands around the cup for warmth.
Sipping lightly on my coffee, I concentrated on my music, getting caught up in the emotional lyrics of a song.
All of the sudden I felt a tug on my earbuds, and I looked up to see Harry standing in front of me. I smiled at him and motioned for him to sit down.
“Morning, love.” He said.
“Morning Harry.” I said, slightly blushing from the memory of last night. He was drunk, but still...
“Don't get bad hangovers either?” He asked.
I shook my head. “No, just a small headache. I always go for a jog to clear my head.” I say.
“Interesting. I don't really feel any after effects, I just like waking up and getting tea or coffee.” He said, holding up a cappucino.
“Lucky boy.” I said, sticking my tongue out at him. He had on a beanie and sunglasses.
“So, about last night... I just wanted to say I'm sorry. I shouldn't have done that.” He said.
I gave him a reassuring smile. “It's fine, Harry. You were drunk; we both were. No harm done.” I said.
He sighed. “Thank God. I'm so glad you're not mad at me.” He said.
I giggled. He was being so serious, totally unlike him. “Where are the other boys?” I asked.
“If by boys you mean Niall, then he's back at the hotel sleeping. He gets hangovers but if he sleeps it off he's fine. The rest of the boys are at the supermarket.” He said, winking at me.
I blushed. “Oh, I see.” I said.
“Would you like to walk with me?” He said.
I smiled. “I would love to.” I got up grabbing my latte.
We hooked arms and made our way down the street. “So, do you know where you're going?” I asked him.
“Of course.” He said, acting macho.
