CHAPTER TWENTY ONE

MALORIE'S POV

“Louis! The luggage machine is not a roller coaster! Get down!” I yelled as Louis ran back and forth along the conveyor belt carrying the luggage.

“But it's so much FUN!” He yelled, raising his arms above his head and leaping over a giant duffel bag.

I face palmed and chuckled as Joel pulled me in to a side hug, kissing my forehead. “He's a real crazy one, ain't he?” He said, smiling down at me.

“He sure as hell is.” I said.

We both laughed and stood amongst the rest of the boys, watching for our bags.

“Lou! Boo, what are you doing on the luggage machine?” A voice called.

I turned around. And then I saw Eleanor.

“El!” Louis yelped, jumping off of the machine and running towards her. She laughed but looked at him with adoring eyes.

He wrapped her up in his arms and spun her around, kissing her (passionately in the middle of the airport) when he sat her down.

The rest of the boys chuckled, but Liam sighed.

I walked over to him and hooked elbows with him. “Hey Lee, what's wrong?” I said, worried.

“Oh, nothing. I just miss Dani.” He said.

“Aw, Liam, you'll get to see her soon, won't you?” I said.

“Yeah, I just wish she could be with me always.” He said, wistfully.

I couldn't help but let out a long 'Aw'.

He looked at me with slightly annoyed eyes and I grinned. “Cheer up, bud.” I said, patting his cheek and walking away to find Zayn. I had made a decision on the plane that I was very excited about.

“Zayn!” I yelped, running up to him and jumping on his back.

“Hey, Mal.” He said, chuckling yet startled.

“So. I was thinking, I want a tattoo. Could you help me out?” I asked my dark-haired pal.

He turned his head at a funny angle to look at me, still on his back. “You bet. Got any ideas?” He said, winking.

I nodded. “Okay, let's hear 'em then.”

“Right.” I said, sliding off his back. I linked arms with him and leaned my head on his shoulder, looking deep in thought.

“I was thinking maybe a bird? I want something that represents a free spirit. Just like me.” I said, smiling at the thought.

“That's great Mal. Maybe a bird with wind? And the wind could kind of spell out 'Free Spirit'?” He suggested.
