This is dedicated to Lindsey because of what happened on Friday the 27 of July. You are now in my prayers chicka! Get well soon and don't die of boredom in the hospital. Please don't scare me like that again, I almost had a heart attack myself okay? Lylas.

CHAPTER TWENTY-FIVE

JOEL'S POV

I laid back on my bed in my new hotel room, thinking about the date I had just gone on with Malorie. It was just like old times, when we would joke around and be able to talk about anything under the stars.

She knew I loved her, with all of my heart, but I also knew that she doesn't feel the same. It feels like she's slowly chipping away at my heart, and I know there's nothing I can do but show her how I feel.

When I had kissed her, it felt like it always had. She had been there, been that girl I had fell in love with. Somehow I knew she might still love me, but I know her heart isn't all there.

And I just have this feeling that by the end of this year, I won't have her anymore.

MALORIE'S POV

When I woke up, the boys were gone and I was curled up on the couch with a blanket covering me. The smell of coffee and bacon was wafting in the room, drawing my senses awake.

I sat up and rubbed my eyes. Yawning, I made my way in to the kitchen.

“Morning sleepyhead.” Lindsey said, smiling as she slid some bacon on to a plate.

“Hey, Linds. How was the rest of the movie?” I asked.

She laughed as she poured some coffee. “It was pretty scary. In the end you and Zayn passed out, so it was just Harry and I hiding behind the couch while Niall laughed at us. They left this morning.”

I nodded. “I see.”

“Here you go.” She said, handing me a plate and a mug filled with coffee.

“Thanks Linds. So, are we gonna have a girl's day today?” I asked, munching on some bacon.

“Yeah! I'd love that. Maybe I could show you some great shopping stops?” She said.

“Of course. That sounds great. Let me just go get dressed.” I said, setting the bacon down and taking my coffee with me.

“Okay. I should do that too.” Lindsey said, cleaning up.

I nodded and smiled. “Need any help?”

“No, it's fine. Thanks though.”

“Alright.”

I went to my room and grabbed sheer black leggings and block shortie shorts. Then I picked out a purple pullover that says, 'Love Sucks'.
