Gavin's POV
I heard someone coming in the courtyard so I picked Erika up and pulled her head into my chest. I see Jake come around the corner so I whisper into Erika's ear that if she tells jake she knows whats going to happen.
Jake looks up and sees me with Erika and instantly looks hurt. He ran out of the courtyard soon after.
Jake's POV
I couldn't believe it. I thought Erika actually liked me. I didn't want to go back to class so I walked out of school and walked home. Around 40 minuets later I was really stressed so I decided i wanted to go to my favorite spot. O found out when I was taking a walk when we first moved in.
It took me 7 minuets to walk there. When I got there I sat down on a log facing a little creek that lead into a little pond. It was so relaxing. I was the only one there until I heard someone walking through the bushes. It also sounded like they were crying.
Erika's POV
I was so distressed after what happened with Gavin. I just wanted to talk to Jake. He always calms me down. All the rest of the day I couldn't find him. So when school got out I decided what I wanted to go to my favorite spot. It is right behind my house. It is a little creek that leads into a pond.
As I was walking there I started crying. Why? I don't know. I was walking into the clearing when I see.......
