1 Year after Erika moved to LA

J: Good morning babe
E: Good morning. How are you?
J: I have to go to some meetings and I wanted to say goodbye to you before I left.
E: Ok. Ill see you later.

Jake quickly took a shower got ready and ate breakfast. Once he was done he got in his new tesla and left.

Erika woke up 2 hours later not feeling the best. She ran to the bathroom and threw up.

Thoughts raced through her mind. Was she pregnant? Was she sick? What was going on?

Her and Jake had talked about having a baby and had recently been trying.

Maybe that was it. Erika decided to take a pregnancy test. She took the test and left it on the counter. 2 minutes later she walked back in. The test said...

Not pregnant.. (Gotcha)

Erika was both happy and disappointed. She also still wasn't feeling well so she went and laid down.

Jake on the other hand really had gone to a meeting just maybe not the type of meeting you'd expect.

He had gone to a meeting to get a ring. He had been planing on proposing to Erika. He had to wake up early to meet the jeweler to pick up the ring.

Erika fell back asleep. She woke up frequently after that. She had to throw up every time she awoke but didn't have the energy to walk.

By the time Jake came home she had thrown up all over the bed and floor

When Jake walked in the door he found a sleeping Erika with a pile of puke around her. He dropped the ring box he had in his hand and he called 911. He picked Erika up and changed her. When the ambulance arrived her placed her on the stretcher and hopped in the back. All he wanted was to be able to propose to Erika.
