Will you be my girlfriend??

Erika's POV
When I woke up I was in an ambulance. I started to freak out wondering where Jake was until I heard him whisper in my ear that I was going to be ok.

When we arrived at the hospital I was pushed into a room and 4 doctors surrounded me. I started to hyperventilate because I was so scared. This was normal though.

(When I was little I was diagnosed with anxiety. I had never told anyone because I thought they would make fun of me. I hadn't even told Jake.)

I hadn't realized that as I was thinking I started to feel nauseous and light headed. The next thing I remember was pitch black.

Jake's POV
It had been 20 minuets since I had arrived at the hospital. The doctor came out and told me that I could go see Erika now. She (doctors can be female you know) also told me that Erika had passed out again and that she was awake now.

When I walked into the room I saw a very very pale Erika. I ran up to her and hugged her.

As I was hugging her I realized that I really like this girl and I want her to be mine. I just didn't have the courage to tell her. I wanted to know if she liked me back before I asked her out and looked like a complete fool when she said no.

I pulled away and looked into her eyes. I wanted to kiss her so badly. I started leaning in and surprisingly she leaned in too. When our lips touched I felt the same spark I had when we kissed the first time.

That kiss was the courage I needed. When she gets out of the hospital im going to take her on the most romantic date ever.

J: Erika, I I like you. You make me strive to be a better version of myself. I don't know what I would of done without you those first few weeks of school. Those first weeks of friendship have turned into months and hopefully years. But I want to change the friendship part to more than that. I want you to be mine. My one and only, my ride or die. So what do you say Erika, will you be my girlfriend?
