"How'd that date with Chuck go?" you asked Veronica, shutting your locker and pulling the other strap of your backpack over your shoulder.

"Chuck was really nice. We got along pretty well," Veronica's lips curled into a sweet smile.

"Hey, Veronica! How was the sticky maple you had last night?" asked one of Cheryl's friends, or most people would say, minions.

"The what now?" Veronica replied, turning her head in the girls' direction.

"The sticky maple Chuck gave you," the other girl finished, flashing a photo of Veronica and Chuck together with a maple badge of honor across V's face.

"We had a brownie sundae if that's what you hyenas mean," Veronica mumbled, opening her locker.

Suddenly everyone's phone chimed, including yours. "Oh my god," Kevin exclaimed.

"What?" Veronica questioned, snatching Kevin's phone out of his hands. "What the hell is a sticky maple?"

"It's kind of what it sounds like..." Kevin admitted.

"It's a Riverdale thing," you told V.

"No, Y/N, it's a slut-shaming thing. And I'm neither a slut nor am I gonna be shamed by someone named, excuse me-"

"Chuck Clayton. He should be in the locker room right now. He has Gym this period," you announced.

"How do you know that Y/N?" asked Betty, "Also, I am not bursting in on the boys in the locker room."

"No, no, Betty. Spoken like a good girl who always follows the rules. I don't follow rules, I make them. And when necessary, I break them. You wanna help me take down Chuck, Betty? Well, then you better be willing to get your hands dirty.  What do you say, in or out?"

"I'm in," you followed Veronica to the boys' locker room.

Veronica cleared her throat, catching Chuck's attention.

"Ooh, Veronica, Betty, and Y/N. Ladies," Chuck rubbed his hands together like every cliche movie villain.

"This," you pointed to Kevin's phone which still had the photo pulled up, "is disgusting. Take it down," you commanded.

"Woah, why are you so upset, V? It's a badge of honor-" Chuck tried to lie and Veronica scoffed. "You're not exactly virgin territory after your closet date with Andrews."

"Okay, that's beyond relevant, Chuck," Betty spoke up.

"You can't just go around, humiliating girls for any reason under any circumstances. Especially after what you did to me."

Veronica gave you a worried look and broke her silence, "Let's keep this simple so your small brain can grasp it. Take this the hell down."

"Okay, that bitch attitude may have worked on the fellas in New York," Chuck began. You felt sick to your stomach remembering the rumors Chuck had spread about you last year. You found your legs taking you out of the sweaty locker room and into the fresh air of autumn outside.

Familiar locks of red hair were spotted out of the corner of your eye, and they only belonged to one person. She approached you with folded hands and a solemn smile.

"Cheryl, I can't talk to you right now, I just don't feel so good," you ran from Cheryl once again, this time back to the school.
