Caitlin shines a light in Barry's eyes checking to make sure he's okay after the chandelier fell.
"Your pupils are normal. Your heart rate's a little low. But other than that, no concussive symptoms." Caitlin says softly. "I really do feel fine. What about Turtle?" Barry asks. "No sign of him." Harry starts. "Or the painting. He, uh, must have gotten away with it in the chaos." Jay finishes. "Yeah, things went a little sideways after your girlfriend decided to go all "Lethal Weapon" 1 through 4 on Turtle." Cisco states sounding a little annoyed. "Oh, my God. Patty's gonna think I ditched her. I... no, I got to go." Barry gets up. "Where are you..." Harry starts. "finding Turtle is what's important right now." Harry carries on. "Yeah, uh, this is important to me too." Barry fires back needing to speak to Patty. "But we need to see if your speed still works." Cisco says. Barry was about to run away and go talk to Patty but the sound of a heart monitor is what stops him. It didn't sound like the regular sound, the sound that brought him some comfort right now as the Machine showed her heart rate was normal. No it was the sound that means she's going into cardiac arrest.
Barry runs into the MedBay and the others rush behind him. Caitlin quickly puts a hand on Bethany's forehead. "The fevers getting worse. Barry! Cisco! hold her down!" She says frantically desperate to stabilise her. Caitlin quickly reads the monitor. "That shouldn't be happening." She mutters. "What shouldn't be happening!?" Barry questions in a panic. Chase sits down next to her and grabs Bethany's hand praying that she'll be okay. "Her organs are trying to shut down. Cisco pass me that syringe!" Cisco passes it to her try not to cry. Caitlin stabs it into her and she manages to stabilise her.
"Cait what's going on?" Barry asks, his voice filled with fright. "Honestly I have no idea she shouldn't be able to get sick in the first place. It's odd because her brain activity is normal, it's like she isn't mentally aware of anything that's happening to her." Caitlin replies very confused about Bethany's condition. Barry takes a hold of her shoulders "Caitlin is my sister going to die?" He chokes up a little. Caitlin looks to the floor "I honestly can't tell."
>Bethany's POV< (in her mind)

It's dark. No light not an inch, I feel as if I'm drowning and I've gone to deep. I've only ever felt this empty once. I'm alone. Trapped in my mind and for what it seams there's no easy out.
After what feels like an eternity I hear a light chuckle, that sends chills down my spine. I turn back nothings there. There is nothing but darkness around me.
"Bethany." A voice says in a singsong way. It a voice that makes me tremble. "I thought you went away." I say speaking to the darkness around me, even though I know IT here. "Bethany I'll never go away." It's the voice. It's back why can't it leave me alone. "Go away." I say. "Oh Bethany but I'm apart of you and you know it." It laughs in its tormenting voice that makes me want to break.
"Go away." I say again. "Bethany I'm not going to go away, I'm going to make you suffer just like I did."
"Go away." I repeat clenching my fists. "If I go away you won't stop feeling this emotional pain because Bethany family is pain. I'm not here to just hurt you I'm here to teach you."
"Go away!" I scream.
There's nothing it's just silence. It would feel peaceful but my head is screaming with thoughts and fears. I'm at the point in my life where I just want everything to be quite.

Jay entires the MedBay where 'Chase' is sitting next to Bethany holding her hand. "Was this necessary zoom?" "Yes it was. She likes to voice her dislike for me and I need these people to trust me if this is going to work. Logan." "I really hate pretending to be my brother. Spending time with Cisco is a nightmare." Logan (disguised as Chase) says coldly. "Well Anyone would my boy. But remember this is all part to my plan." Jay smirks. "What of my brother is he still locked up on earth 2?" "Yes indeed and there is no way out of the cell I guarantee."
Logan/Chase looks down at Beth "she knows I'm acting differently to how Chase world she's very perceptive." "That doesn't matter as of now she's in a coma like state now if Mind-Wave can do the job needed when Bethany wakes up she will hopefully doubt her families more specifically Barry's love and when I 'miraculously' find the cure to the virus she will have no choice but to trust me." Jay explains his plan. "No harm will come to her right?" Logan/Chase questions. "No. No harm will come to her I just want her speed." Jay flat out lies but Logan/Chase doesn't see this.
