>Bethany's POV<

"seriously Iris I'm good to go!" I yell. I've been at home for 3 days now after my "sickness" almost killed me. I'm so ready to get out into the City and fight criminals I mean that's my job right. "Bethany you almost died! Chase help me out here!"
Chase shakes his head "no can do Iris I'm with Beth she needs to do her job" "aww thank you for agreeing with me" I smile. He puts an arm around me and pecks my lips. I still think something is off with him but that doesn't change the fact that he's an amazing kisser.
Iris sighs in frustration "dad will back me up stay put!" she says sternly and runs up the stairs.
"we're not staying put are we?" Chase asks already knowing the answer. "nope hop on let's go." he gets on my back like you would if you were giving someone a piggyback ride, I then run to Star Labs.
Chase hops off my back and I wave to Cisco and glare at Harry I still have no idea why he hates me. "Bethany you're supposed to be resting!" Cisco shouts. "seriously Beth why is everyone saying that today?" Chase says it annoying him more than it is me. This is weird as Chase would usually have me strapped down by now for trying to get up.
"so anything for me to take care off?" Cisco shakes his head. "definitely not!" straight after he says that there is an alert. "oh really nothing for me to do eh." I laugh putting my hands on my hips.
"Runaway chemical transport truck heading south on Kester." Cisco tells him through the comm. I look at the monitor and see he's to far away. "he's to far away he won't make it I'll go" "no you won't!" Cisco yells. "that's a good idea go Miss Allen." Harry encourages, "no Harry thats a terrible idea" Cisco fires back. They continue to bicker so I rush into my suit and run towards the truck.
"You two do know she's already gone right?" Chase questions I hear them over a comm, "huh?" both Cisco and Harry say in unison not realising I was gone. I chuckle to myself.
I run into the truck and I see that it is rigged. "dang Somebody rigged it!" I curse under my breathe. I turn the steering wheel as I'm about to go into ongoing traffic luckily all the cars speed out of the way before the truck hits them. Okay, there has to be something I can use to stop this truck before an entire block of people die. I desperately look around the truck and I find a tool. Yes! I quickly run around the truck undoing all the bolts and screws. The truck stops as it is now broken down nobody got hurt thank goodness.
"Bethany Nora Allen! Get back here this instant!" oh no. "hey Barry.." I say in a high pitched voice once I'm out of sight. "how's your day?" I ask nervously as I know he's going to be mad, he thinks I should be resting more than anyone else. "Bethany get back here right now!" I sigh "okay I'm on my way."
I run back to Star Labs and change in seconds. Barry stands there with Iris they definitely not looking happy. "what were you thinking!" he exclaims loudly. "I was thinking that the city needed me so I was there in a heartbeat." I cross my arms. "back to the house now!" "no!" I shout quickly running out of my room and to the park. Chase will meet me here at some point. When will people understand that I'm perfectly fine I just want to do my job
1) Do you think Bethany will be okay?
2) When do you think she'll find out "Chase" is Logan?
