It's been about three moons since I've spent time with Jaypaw...

And I feel like he's drifting away. I really thought we were friends.

But on the brighter side of the situation, I'm becoming a Warrior!

"Hey Hollypaw! How's Brakenfur been treating you?" I asked, smiling, flicking my tail in greeting.

Her eyes looked distant, but she gasped as she realized my presence.

"O-Oh hi Y/A/N...he's actually really proud of me! Heh....yeah..." She sputtered, her eyes still searching the distance.

Now I knew something was up.

"That's it." I demanded, grabbing her tail and dragging her to the edge of camp, as she struggled to get away from my grasp.

"Nope!" I muffled through her tail, as she stopped struggling.

"Why do you have to be so persistent?" She asked.

"Because I'm just that good." I smiled, releasing her and looking her in the eyes.

"So? What's wrong?" I demanded, my eyes locked with hers.

"Ugh...fine. Well, see I'm still upset that I never got to explain to Lionpaw that him seeing an outsider Cat was bad news." She sighed, before realizing what she had just said. "Dang it...." She hissed under her breath.

"Wait what?!" I snarled, my eyes flinging back and forth from her face and the forest.

"Um, yeah...." She smiled nervously, her tail flicking back and forth.

I saw a light silver pelt behind a bush and I narrowed my eyes, ignoring Hollypaw's questions.

"I have to go." And with that, I leapt into the forest, looking around before catching up with the blind apprentice.

"Jaypaw!" I smiled, he just stopped and swooshed his tail, before continuing on. "Oh come on Jaypaw, don't be so rude! Look I'm sorry I haven't been paying much attention to you I've just had a lot on my Paws is all...."

He continued walking, and tears welled in my eyes.

"What is it with you and loving to hurt everyone's feelings. Like you don't care. But I know you do. So stop trying because I won't leave you alone!" I growled, stomping my paw on the dirt.

Jaypaw jut stopped and turning his head. "Leave me alone."

That was it. I narrowed my eyes and lashed my tail before leaping around him and running off into the forest, tears streaming down my face as I ran through the leaves, and collapsing in a small clearing, leaves falling from the trees and coating my pelt.

"Y/A/N?"
