My eyes widened and I felt light headed, my brain spinning and filling with anxiety and realization. I took in a deep gulp of air, trying to focus my vision clearly again.

"What do you mean Jaypaw?" I demanded.

"Think about it, Jay's Wing, (Mysterious Adjective) (prefix)? It's both of our names, and we both had the same dream." He explained, his fur bristling.

I breathed heavily nodding along to his explanation, my mind racing. "Wait, so.....we...we're apart of the prophecy?" I asked, my voice shaking. He seemed to examine my face before sighing.

"Yes...." He nodded, his tail flicking. My eyes widened.

'I'm not ready for this. I had just become a warrior. I can't go through this! Why did it have to be me?' I thought my breathing speeding up.

"Y/W/N, are you okay?" Jaypaw asked, concern lining his every word. I briskly nodded before lashing my tail.

"So, what do we do now?" I asked, slightly concerned.

"I suggest we tell Firestar, or Leafpool. we should probably both go to the gathering in a few sun downs (Everyone keeps telling me that they are 'sunsets' I'm not stupid. I know what sunsets are, but I don't know what the warrior cats refer to as 'days' so I used the term Sun Downs as an alternative to days. )" He meowed, his voice hopeful.

I nodded. "So should we tell Firestar first? Or Leafpool?" Jaypaw shook his head.

"Leafpool. If anyone knows what's going on, it's her." He reasoned. I flicked my tail in agreement. Padding over to Leafpool, who had just woken up, Jaypaw at my side.

"Leafpool, we need to speak with you." Jaypaw said, trying not to disturb the patients.

Leafpool raised an eyebrow. "It's about a prophecy." I meowed.

She took in a swift breath her eyes frozen, before she sighed, and nodded us into her den. I followed, curiosity taking me over. I looked around her den. I had never been in such a beautiful den!

Leafpool's voice snapped me out of my thoughts. "So, what was it about?" She demanded, her tail low to the ground.

Me and Jaypaw explained every detail to her and then Firestar. Firestar told us that we would both be going to the gathering to see if we could connect anything to the prophecy.

Me and Jaypaw walked silently to the island for the gathering, cats talking around us, but all I heard was the peaceful silence between us.

As we reached the island, my eyes explored every crack and every crevasse. I let out a breath of amazement, my eyes flicked to Jaypaw, who sniffed the air, his eyes closed.

All the sudden a rush of blood went through me as I looked at him. My heart seemed to beat faster than any Windclan cat could run and beat louder than Starclan's mighty roar.

I let out a breath of air, my heart slowing back to normal, and voices of other cats filling my ears once again. Jaypaw sniffed the air once again, before sitting down. I looked up at the Highrock to see Firestar looking down at me, with a small smile. I looked to his right to see Leopardstar, who examined the cats below her, her paws shuffling, before she turned and mumbled something to Firestar. I watched as Onestar yowled out to the clans.

"Welcome, everyone! On this night of peace we will discuss our clans events." He yowled. "Alright Firestar, would you like to go first?"

Firestar nodded, stepping forward. "Thunderclan has been doing well, and I am proud to announce that we have three new warriors, Hollyleaf, Y/W/Y, and Lionblaze." He announced, a small smile appearing on my face.

I saw his gaze flash to outside of the island, a dark shadowed figure stalking in the night. He nodded towards us before looking back at Onestar, the gathering continuing.

I eyed Jaypaw, who seemed to know that Firestar wanted us to go see that cat.

I smiled, and I leapt silently onto the log, stalking across into the forest, Jaypaw following close behind.

We hid in a bush, my eyes following every move that this mysterious figure made. I narrowed my eyes, Jaypaw's nose twitched, his tail low to the ground. I watched the 'cat' as it began to dig at the ground. I tilted my head before looking at Jaypaw who let out a huff of air. I lashed my tail, leaping out of the bush landing on top of the cat.

They tried to make a blow, but just barely missed as I quickly rolled out of the way, before leaping back at them, pinning their paws to the ground. They hissed, conforming my suspicion that they were a cat.

Jaypaw leapt out after me, and started questioning them.

"You want to know who I am right? But will you believe me when I tell you?" They growled.

Jaypaw rolled his eyes, his claws digging at the ground, his tail lashing. "Would you stop trying to scare us you mousebrain?!"

I looked at Jaypaw, his eyes showing frustration.

"Fine then. My name is Lark. I came from far away, and I suggest that you LET GO." He hissed, his tail stirring the leaves on the ground.

I simply dug my claws farther into his shoulder, and he hissed in pain, trying to nip at my muzzle, but I pulled away quickly giving him a look of disgust.

"Hmmph. Alright, fine, you win. I will tell you what I know, but you must know that I may not be here for you again young cats." He mewed.

I tilted my head at his words, Jaypaw still holding his ground.

"The leaves will fall and the hunger will rise. Only two will help the fallen, and join forces to save the clans." He mewed, closing his eyes at his last words, seemingly blowing away into ashes with the next breeze.

Jaypaw looked at me curiously, almost like he knew what just happened. I shook my head, as we padded back to the island.
