"Hey, do you wanna go out or something? My treat" he asked me with his raspy voice. How to handle me?

I looked at the sky. It's getting darker now.

"I need to ask my mom first-" I refused.

"Nah, I already told your mom and she said yes" he smiled at me.

"Okay, now tell me how did you get my mom's number?" I raised my eyebrow.

"Faith. I met her again that day and I asked for her number for any future emergencies" he shrugged.

"Sounds like you gonna have a scandal relationship with my mom you know?" I made a joke. I tried.

"Nah, you are who's having a scandal relation with me" he winked tryna look cool but laugh instead.

DON'T WINK. 

 "yah, yah, I'm joking okay? so you are going or not?"

"I have no options, don't I?" I smiled warmly.

I waited in his car while waiting for him to lock the grill of the store. Uncle Kim would not be around for a few days and he gave full responsible on his favorite nephew, Kim mingyu.  I can't lie, but since Vernon left to NewYork, Mingyu treated me very well and I'm not sure how long this happiness will last but I'm going to enjoy it while I can.

"Movie, eat or shopping?" Mingyu asked. I can't really see his face beside me because it was too dark but I love these feelings, spending time with your loved one in a cold cool night. It would be better if he's mine. It feels like I'm borrowing someone's boyfriend :) I smiled to myself.

"helo? is someone here? I was asking you what do you want to do this night?" he asked.

"Yea, I heard that. Hm, what if we do it all?  Watching a movie, eat and shopping!" I said excitedly. Trying to throw all the bad feelings. I need to enjoy myself with him tonight. Who knows, today is gonna be our last day? 

"Sounds great" he parked his car in the parking lot before we entered the shopping mall.

After we watched a movie, I asked Mingyu to accompany me to go shopping to buy some clothes and he just agreed to it and follow me.

"Tae, Tae, come here. I think this suits you" he handed a sleeveless peachy color dress for me to take a look. It's so beautiful.

"How did you know I love peach?" I asked him as I took the dress from him. Did he notice that I like peachy color like how Vernon did? God, is it obvious?

"do you?" he replied simply.

"Nevermind. I'll try this in the fitting room now" I said as I left him there. Taeha, you are not that important to him that he will notice everything about you. Vernon, noticed everything about you because he likes you but it will never be the same on Mingyu.

After I put the dress on me. I look at myself in the mirror

Wow, this is too exposed my chest. Should I go out with this?

 I went out of the fitting room and there's Mingyu in front of in waiting for me to come out.

Her face expression changed after I answered her question. I should've known that girls are very sensitive about this kind of thing. I cannot joke around like that else it will hurt Taeha. Of course, I know that she likes peachy color. Vernon told me before when he was excited telling about his first date with Taeha to me and he said I ruin everything but I didn't know anything about what I've done. 

She came out of the fitting room with the dress on her. She... she looks incredibly so beautiful.

"Is it okay on me?" she asked me. Not confident with her look.

"I'll buy it for you, "I said immediately, feeling very looking excited.

"Wait, what?" her face looks confused.

"Take it, I'll buy it for you. It looks so good on you" 

"But honestly, I don't when I can wear this though. It is too beautiful"

"For the prom maybe? Your boyfriend would die after seeing you in that"

"WHat?! hahaha no thanks"

"Please take it, I was not lying when I said you look good in that. I mean it. Take it, think is as a gift from me" 

"oh really? thanks then! I owe you a lot" she chuckled. How cute she is. 

I'm so happy that finally, she had that sincere smile because of me.  She's always had sincere smiles whenever she's with Vernon but not me. She looks like she was forced to. 

"There's something that I need to tell you" I hesitate.

"Yea?" her eyes sparkling.

"i - uh nothing.. let's but it and go eat now"

What am I doing?

I was getting ready to sleep it almost 1 a.m and I was very tired but yet, I really enjoy myself hanging out with Mingyu tonight. It was an indescribable feeling.

Then suddenly my phone ringing shows that I received a new text.

mingyu the..: thank you for today. goodnight <3

I smiled looking at the text that I just received and put my phone aside. no words to describe how happy I am today.
