Who's Laughing Now...?

"Get your worthless behind in there and cook dinner now!"

This was a typical day for me everyday.Yelling getting slapped around and having every one hate me.

First let me tell you who I am . My name Is Layah I'm only sixteen years old and hated by my pack.

Why you might ask. Well I was suppose to change when I turned the exact age if sixteen.

But of course I didn't and now they hate me because I'm not a strong enough wolf or person.

I was also supposed to find my mate which I did but he hated me. That was expected....

He was the alpha of the FireMoon pack

I wouldn't say I'm ugly I'm about 5'5 . I have black hair that goes all the way down my back and stops at the lowest part of my back. Though my eyes are very odd colored , they are a very light green with a hint of yellow in them.

I'm not fat at all at 110 pounds I'm just not that fit. My laziness might be a factor in that.

Everyday I wake up in a make shift bed (a few quilts and a extra one for my head) and put on some dark ripped skinny jeans and a tank top and go down stairs to cook breakfast for everyone. With a pack size of 100 I have to cook a lot . This morning I cooked eggs , bacon ,sausage , cheese grits , pancakes , with a side salad if they wanted more and a variety of juice. I get to eat after everyone else eats their breakfast and clean the tables. I have one sister "Elana" , who thinks she is so damn better than everyone else. At 5'6 sunbleached hair and bright forest green eyes . Yeah I'll admit it. She's downright gorgeous.

She treated me like crap to everybody did. Greatest sister in the world, right?

Layah's POV:

Just as I finished breakfast the shuffling of feet entering the room caught my attention , the pack was coming down to eat breakfast. I looked up an my breath caught in my throat my mate , the alpha, walked in looking just breath taking. He saw me looking and looked the other way , I just looked down until I noticed him walking over to me. Stalking me like the predator he is.

He walked up to me and backed me against the wall.

He leaned down and got right in my ear and spoke " I see you starring, like what you see?" my heart felt like it was about to pop out of my chest "too bad you'll never have it". A tear dropped down my face. Just got my hopes up for nothing . He turned around and walked back to the table and finish his breakfast. Well I guess this day wasn't as bad.....
