Chapter 14

Elsa's POV

The sound of seagulls squawking fills my ears. I open one eye and I see the horizon. I sit up and look around me, did I sleep overnight on the roof?! I carefully try to climb back down. I look down and I see the pool, maybe I should just... splash! The water is cold and refreshing. I resurface and come face to face with Anna. She looks horrified, "What the hell Els? Did you just jump out of your window?!" I correct her, "The roof actually." She looks even more terrified, "Elsa!" I get out of the pool, soaked. She grabs a towel and wraps it around me. I see my bandage is exposed so I quickly cover it with the towel and head upstairs.

Anna's POV

I was just peacefully enjoying my tea when I see a shadow of someone falling then 'Splash!' I can't believe she actually jumped off the roof into the pool. I also noticed bandages on her arm which she quickly hid. What is she hiding? Did she hurt herself? She's hiding something and I'm curious.

Elsa's POV

After showering, I wrap my wrist with fresh bandages. I slip on a Gucci pink embroidery rose hoodie and white ripped jeans. I slip on white vans with pink roses on them. I tie my hair into a quick high ponytail and bandana. If Tooth doesn't want me near him then I'll make him want to come near me. Woah did I just think that... Nope, it's best I just avoid him or even ignore him. I head downstairs where Anna was waiting with Kristoff. "Morning Kris." He looks up and waves, "Mornin'."

I look at Anna, "Why's he here?"

"Oh he's just offering to drive us to school."

We get into his car and drive off to school. When we arrive, I already spot Tooth with Jack. She then points to Kristoff's car happily. Shoot if she see's me then she's going to glare me down. I get out of the car the opposite side where she can't see me. I crouch down and hide behind the car. Anna and Kristoff don't see me, I check, and the coast is clear. I run towards another car and hid behind it. I slowly peek over the car, "Why are you hiding?" Spooked, I hit my head on the car door, I turn to see the person and it's Peter. "Jeez you gave me a fricking heart attack." I place my hand over my chest feeling my heart racing.

"Hahaha but seriously why are you hiding?" I ignore his question, "Why are you here?"

"Woah hey I asked a question first." I roll my eyes, "I'm just... playing ninja."

"Are you in kindergarten?"

"Look can you go... shoo." He shakes his head and leans against the car. I get annoyed, "Seriously go." He remains where he is. "Hey, I think you're hiding from Jack, are you?" This guy is unbelievable. Then he blows my cover, "HEY JACK!" He waves to Jack. I pull him down next to me, "Are you an idiot!?" He just laughs.

I hear footsteps nearing us, I look under the car and notice it's Jack's shoes, oh and Tooth's. Shoot. I lean against the car bracing myself like I was getting ready for an earthquake. Then Peter covers me, his body pressing against mine. This is incredibly uncomfortable. "Oh, hey Jack... Tooth. What's up?"

"Woah didn't know you had someone with you."

"Hahaha yeah do you mind giving us some privacy?"

"Sorry man."

"Thanks bro."

They walk away. "You're welcome." He says and uncovers me. I can finally breathe. "Uh thanks." He winks at me, "Now you owe me." "Owe you? I owe you nothing."

He snickers and smirks, "Oh yes. I do you a favour now you have to do something in return." I groan, "And that is?"

"Kiss me." I back away from him, there is no way I'm kissing him. "Um in your dreams." I get up and leave but he grabs me by the waist. I slap him and run off. There is no way I'm kissing that guy. I stop and catch my breath.

During school, I try my best to avoid Peter, Tooth and Jack all together. Just as I thought it was a success I turn a corner and bump into Jack. He holds me up. "Careful Els."

"Hiiiiii Jacko." Then I hear my name and look slightly behind me. Peter. Great just great. I try to escape Jack's hold, but he doesn't let go. "Jack can you just... let me go." He looks at me and thinks, "Nah." Oh come on! But it was too late Peter already comes up to us. "Sorry Jack but I need Elsa." Jack frowns, "Need her?"

"Yes, she owes me something."

"She owes you what?"

Peter grins slyly, "A kiss." Jack cocks his head to the side, "A kiss?" Peter nods, his grin still on full display, "Yes a kiss, is there a problem?" Jack mumbles, "No not at all..." Peter's grin turns into a smirk, "Or how about this... how about instead Jack you kiss Elsa?" I choke on air. Jack remains silent.

What is Jack going to do? Is he going to do it? Or play it off like it's a game? I'm anxious. "Tick tock, time's ticking." Peter points to his watch. Jack looks at me with his deep blue ocean eyes and leans in towards my lips. He really is going to do it? I want to kiss him too, I want Jack to be my first kiss but... If Tooth founds out and she will I'm dead. Literally. I feel my heart sadden, I'm sorry Jack. I push Jack back who bumps into Peter. I run off not looking back.

Jack's POV

Hell, Peter is annoying but there is no way I'm letting him kiss Elsa. Just as I was about to kiss her she pushes me causing me to collide into Peter. "Yikes man looks like she didn't want neither of us to kiss her." I watch her run off down the hall. Why does my heart hurt? It's not like I wanted to kiss her or anything...

Peter leans on me, "Hey man it's cool to admit that you like her. I can see why..."

"What do you mean? I don't like her..."

He brushes his hair from his eyes, "Oh well don't start crying when some guy comes and sweeps her off her feet." He pats my shoulder and walks away. I reflect on the last thing he said to me. I try to imagine Elsa with some random guy... I don't like it.

I want her for myself.
