Alaya: I take seat and smile. "Thank you very much. So tell me more about you. I mean you are going to be taking me home." I say taking a sip of my drink.

Kai: I take a drink from my glass. "Well, what would you like to know? I have to make sure I don't give away too much," I joked.

Alaya: I smirk and say "Let's play 20 questions? Deal?"

Kai: I raised my glass. "Deal. You first."

Alaya: I bite my lip thinking of a question. "Where are you from?" I ask not wanting to get too deep just now.

Kai: "Born and raised here in Brookfield Heights." I thought for a moment about what to ask you, wanting to start slowly so as not to scare you off. "What's your favorite color?"

Alaya: I look at you skeptically expecting a different question and wondering why you didn't ask me something a little bit more personal. I do have to admit I am a little hurt. "Pink." I say bluntly. "What's your favorite hobby?"

Kai: I smirked at your tone. It sounded like I'd hit a nerve somewhere, and I had a feeling what it was. "Current events. I like keeping up with what's going on the country. Now," I said more seriously, looking you dead in the eye, "What fills your heart with dread?"

Alaya: I gulp surprised how dark this conversation got. One moment we were talking colors and now dread. I mentally ask myself if I should give you my true answer or just a generic one. I pick the latter simply saying "Death. The unknown of what happens." I look at your face to see if you believe me, I can't read you at all but I brush it off. "Now tell me a memory you wish you could forget." I try to ask a question with the same amount of dread and sadness as yours.

Kai: "My father, in general," I answered simply. "Greatest pain?"
