Fallout: The Maine experience

The start of a community

   Stag and his men head out to go to the dead zones as my men move to the other areas. I walk to my home and pull open the fridge to find a can of soda. I crack it and it actually makes a fizzy sound. I hear the front door open and just from being in this I instantly grab a pistol of the table. I aim it towards the door to realize it's just Rubbin and set it back down. I look at her I'm gonna go to the store in Poland near where I found Ezekiel she looks at me concerned. I don't think you should be going anywhere alone, we don't need anything happening to you. I throw my jacket on, put my pistol on my side plus grab a rifle. She looks at me if you go I'm going to. Damn it Rubbin no your not I can handle myself plus we need you here with Ezekiel.

   I radio to Danny, how many vehicles are we looking at. He responds with we have two cars after everyone moved out for the different places. I look at Rubbin see I won't even have to walk I'm gonna bring some bags , gas cans and make sure we get extra supplies and gas for everyone. Rubbin looks at me then down at the floor just make sure you come back in one piece also not to run into anymore rad unless you have your gear. I walk up to her and kiss her I promise I'll be fine. I, Radio Danny bring me one of the cars down which he does. I go outside packing the car full with gas cans and bags. I make sure to bring extra ammo. I get in and see Rubbin waving to me, I wave back and pull away.

  Takes me roughly ten minutes or so. I pull right up front and take the keys out I grab the bags. I go in and just start grabbing everything that seems like it is good or still looks good I fill up two and a half bags with food. I set them at the front of the store and grab the rest finishing the store off, grabbing every drink I could that didn't look bad or chunky. I grab all the bags and pack them in the car then turn the pumps on and fill up the gas cans as much as I can.

   I pack everything in the car and head back. About half way I see people waving and trying to get my attention I pull up a ways and get out. I aim my rifle towards them and see a wave in to the woods. I see three more people come as they do I see them pull weapons. I snipe the first one and they start firing back I radio in I have a ten four on four people firing on me I took the fifth one out but I'm not sure if I can do this on my own. I snipe the next one as I do I take a bullet strike to the front right temporal but it was just a graze. I look through the back window of my car the four were ready to take me out but all of a sudden I see a ghoul come running from the woods and tackle one of them ripping his throat out. I pop up and take another out and quickly start running down where they are. I take the other out and let the ghoul get the last. As he's munching on the guy, I pull my pistol and shoot him in the brain. I grab the guns, knifes and whatever supplies they have and move on.

   I look in the car mirror see blood pouring down my face so I hurry back. I get there and drive the car to my house. I walk to the tent and find Rubbin checking vitals on the guys. I smile as she looks at me yelling what happen to you? I chuckle slightly well I kinda took five guys on and won. She punches me are you dumb you just almost die then You go out and take five guys on you have a massive bullet cut and your still laughing. She wipes my head with cloth and starts stitching me up. I pull my radio out and radio for Danny he comes walking in sup boss. Go to the car in my drive way and bring me all the bags.

   He goes grabs them and brings them right back. I look through the drink ones and find alcohol. I pop the top and down half the bottle. I hand him the rest except the alcohol ones bring these to the food building. I chug the rest of my drink and hug Rubbin. How is Ezekiel doing? She tells me he seems to be doing better but his radiation won't go down. I look at him then her have you tried waking him? No she responds but I didn't want to either. I go over to him and just back hand him. He just sits up quickly. What's going on he says? I look at him when we went to the school you went crazy stuck your arm in radiation you've been out for awhile. I smile oh and you can do this now. I quickly pull my sword and cut him as I do it heals. He looks at me that was badass.
