It's been 6 years after I met my dragons; Rai and Arzel.

Now here I am, flying up with Rai in the sky touching the clouds as I go. It was morning to be exact, a very early morning. The sun slowly rising as we fly through the cold and fresh air. Until our peaceful flight took course into a different direction, the thrilling direction. With a simple whistle, Rai understood and started to circle upward and swiftly dive down.
I scream in joy as we free fall, feeling the thrill I closed my eyes as I go. Rai close his wings to fall faster. Opening my eyes, I was met with sharp yet alluring golden pair of eyes looking back at me.

"Hi Arzel!" I greeted, grinning from ear to ear.

The furry dragon in return put out his tongue joining us in falling. I let out a hearty laugh, still continuing to fall. Both of my dragons look at each other, tilting their heads in confusion but join me at the end. I pat Rai's head and in an instant the dragon opens his wings and abrupt us to fall in the sea.

The feeling is so amazing, really.

"That was some nice morning flight don't you think, Rai?" I asked, petting his royal blue scales.

In return, Rai roared in glee.

Rai continuing to flap his quite large wings, I looked around for my other dragon. I looked left, right, up and down yet not a single spec of white fur/feather, spotted. My smile faded in to a frown.

"Arzel!" I call out but nothing came.

I kept calling for the said dragon and still no roar of acknowledgement was heard. My heart pound in anxiousness, getting worried for my dragon which Rai quickly felt. Rai went uneasy, I can tell. Realizing that, I quickly calm myself down and try to ease Rai with cooes and gentle pets.

A moment or so, I heard a screech not far from our location. Sitting up straight, I looked around from the source and thankful for my sharp eyes I saw a ship in a distance from where we are. And then I heard another familiar screech, I took action knowing full well it was my dragon's.
I pat Rai's side and nod at the direction of the ship. Soon enough, we were close to it. There I saw Arzel strapped down by a net with vikings surrounding him. I can see the fear hidding beneath the glares that Arzel gives away at the men.

"Trappers..." I hissed while Rai gave a low, threatingly growl.

'Think they can just do that to my dragon? No one hurts my family'

My dominant hand naturally grabbed the mask, hanging on my belt and I wore it. I put my hood on and gently hit the side of Rai and of course the dragon quickly understood. His sky blue eyes turn into slits as we get closer at the ship. Arriving to it, we circled around the ship in a whistle-stop speed.

"Another dragon at the east!" One of the men on board shouted, pointing at us.

"Ready the canons!" The leader, I guessed, quickly order out.

After that, all eyes were on me. Their faces held shock what I guess due to seeing someone riding a dragon. Behind the mask, I glare with full of hatred when they tighten a thick rope on Arzel. I let out a long whistle as we continue to circle around the ship.

With how I taught and trained my dragons, they knew exactly what my whistles meant. In a second, clouds formed around the area of the ship and thunders roared loudly. At the ship, Arzel stop struggling and just closed his eyes which made other vikings more bewildered.

"What the..?" One of the crew exasperated, his eyes wide.

I wanted to scream at them but I'm fuming with so much anger that I couldn't say anything. We went into a full stop just about 10 feet above the ship, floating. Rai roared syncing with the ear-bleeding thunder. I raised my hand and everything went into silence, the dark clouds never left. I stand up at Rai's back and jump on the floating ship.
