Chapter 7

I felt really relieved that Derek and Chris had stoped the commotion at the school. But the worst part of this is, is that Chris isn't done with it.

After he had left he said that he was going to finish Derek at the party Justin had been throwing tonight. I kinda chuckled to myself as he said that to Derek. I mean Derek is a wolf, he is an Alpha. Alpha's are always the strongest and they lead the packs. Even in their human forms their strong as hell. But once Chris had said that, Derek had no worry looked expression on his face. I didn't really want to spend my friday worrying about them two.

I wanted to finish school and have fun tonight. I didn't want to see any traces of blood and I wanted them both to leave the party in one piece. Literally.

Derek had put his muscular arm over my shoulder, and I put my arm around his waist. Our other arms were holding our things for first period. It felt right being with him and it didn't take long to realize.

Alpha Derek Rivera is MY mate.

As we both walked and said our goodbye's to Kyara who sadly didn't have first period with us, I heard people in the hallways say

'You guys are finally together!' One girl said

'Yo bro! She's hot' Once Derek had heard that he pulled me in closer and tighter, trying to control his anger toward that comment.

'You're mine' he said through our mindlink; he growled so only us two could hear. The way he clenched his jaw, shit that was hot.

"Finally together I see, took you guys a while" my friend Victoria said, while winking at me. I laughed at that.

I looked up at Derek and he had a smirk on his face, finally getting over that comment.

"It's nice to see you smile" He looked down at my eyes and I seen honesty in them. I blushed at that and looked down trying to hide my red cheeks. We got to our classroom and sat next to eachother.

"Hey couples! So, are you guys offically dating now?" she looked at me waiting for my reply as Derek answered

"Yes and it's the best feeling in the world." we kept eye contact, not noticing the girl had said something as she turned around... then suddenly our daze got broken off once we heard the loud bang on the door as it shut closed. It was Ms. Flan. She was always in a bad mood which was why history is my least favorite subject. Notice how she's not married yet.. huh, I wonder why.

It was finally time for lunch, I was starving. Me and Kyara had gotten our lunches and sat down at our regular lunch table. It was packed with more people than usual.

"Taylor, where's Derek?" Kyara asked

"I don't know, I swear he was right behind me" I then suddenly felt hot air around my neck and the smell of cologne rising up my nose. It was a smell that I have gotten used to smelling lately. I knew it was Derek. He smelled so... delicious.

"I know I'm delicious baby" he whispered in my ear, and gave me a tight hug from behind around my waist Now sitting next to me.

I rolled my eyes in response. He chuckled.

"Don't be mad" he faked hurt and I couldn't help but laugh. I wanted to kiss him already.

"Well then stop making me mad." I said jokingly.

He looked into my eyes and smashed his lips on to mine, so passionately and filled with love. It was our first kiss together. Kyara and others who were eavesdropping, we're saying 'ayeee, wepppaa' I couldn't help but laugh.

"Are you still mad now?" He asked with a smirk on his face.

"Yes and-" and again he kissed me, this time with more passion and more love. Lasting much longer.
