Silence filled the Impala as Dean kept his eyes on the road, just finishing telling Sam about going to the past.
Sam sat in the passenger seat processing everything that he's been told while Nadia was in the back quietly waiting for either of the boys to say something.
"I can't believe it." Sam was surprised. "Mom, a hunter?"
Dean scoffed, still very sensitive to what he saw in the past.
"I wouldn't have believed it either if I hadn't seen it myself."
Nadia leaned on the backseat, staring at Dean who had this look of adoration in his eyes as he talked about his Mom. "That woman could kick some ass. I mean, she almost took me down."
Sam had a thoughtful look on his face as he paused for a second.
"How'd she look? I mean. . . was she happy?"
"Yeah, she was awesome." Nodded Dean."Funny and smart. So hopeful."
"She sounds cool." Nadia's input made him look at her and smirk.
She thought it was cool, his mother was a hunter. From the way Dean described her, she sounded like a real bad ass.
"Dad, too." Dean continued, looking forward again. "Until of course. . ."
A sigh came off of Sam's lips as he shook his head, looking away.
"What?" Dean questioned.
Sam put his gaze to the window, softly saying. "Nothing."
The younger Winchester was hesitant to speak, unsure if he wanted to continue to talk about this.
However, he felt like he really needed to get his thoughts out, causing him to look over at Dean.
"It's just, our parents. And now we find out our grandparents too? Our whole family murdered and for what? So Yellow Eyes could get in my nursery and bleed in my mouth?"
Dean and Nadia frown at Sam.
Dean didn't mention anything about the demon blood.
