~4 Days Until The Party~

I open my eyes to the bright sunlight beaming through my window. Time to get ready for another day at school. I look at Fredbear beside me and see he's still sleeping, guess I'll wake him up later; I'm sort of surprised that he doesn't remember most of last night. It might be better that he doesn't for he time being. I hop out of bed and walk to my dresser to get some clothes on. Today I decided to wear my dark-blue jeans with a black shirt and a black hoodie with a fancy 'B' on the left side. (Fun Fact: That describes exactly what I wore at the time of writing this. Which was Jan 5/18; I was in the waiting room of a lawyers office... don't ask.) Everything was fine while getting dressed but it was when I started to leave my room to eat breakfast that something happened. I was about three feet from my bedroom door when I felt a sharp pain in my back, just like when the animatronic Fredbear stepped on me. The pain grew and I yelped and fell to the floor flat, continuing to feel the heavy robotic foot crushing me. I used all my willpower not to scream out, and ended up whimpering in pain; tears flooding my vision and falling. I closed my eyes and tried to think about something else, but no matter what I did, the pushing would get more powerful and hurt twice as much. I always squeaked a quiet scream every time and I thought that I would pass out from the huge amount of pressure being put on my spine. The pain was unbearable; why won't it stop?

"Sam," a quiet voice called.

"Sam."

The voice got a little louder. Then through the blurriness of my blocked eyes I saw yellow and something soft hold each of my cheeks.

"Sam, look at me. Calm down; what's wrong?"

I didn't move, hoping that would ease the pain, and spoke quiet and slow.

"Back... pain..."

"What can I do to help?"

I honestly didn't know how to make it stop, or why I was hurting in the first place, so I stayed silent. Fredbear let go of me and thought for a minute.

"Did he do this to you?"

I guess now I'll have to tell him the truth.

"No... you did..."

Fredbear stared at me in disbelief.

"Me? I don't remember that, but I think I know what to do now."

I see him walk away from my view and I put my head down on the carpeted floor. Less movement means less pain, right? I close my eyes and try to slow my breathing. Maybe if I sleep, the pain will stop.

"Shoot, they're asleep," I hear Fredbear's voice say, "Can you carry Sam to their bed, please?"

I then feel something pick me up and place me down on the soft covers of my bed sheets. The blanket then drapes over me and then I fall completely under.

I ended up not going to school today. Apparently when I woke up, I was two hours late for school. Also, according to Grandma, I had a very high fever and told me to stay in bed and rest. I didn't argue and did what was told. The painful crushing of my bones stopped, thank god, but now I have to tell Fredbear the story of last night...great.

The rest of the day was normal; for me it was have dinner then going straight to bed since Grandpa wanted me better for school tomorrow. Grandma gave me some medicine then tucked me into bed, giving me a kiss and walking out of the room. But before I fell asleep I realized I haven't seen Fredbear since this morning. I sighed and curled up under my blanket.

Tomorrow is another day.

~3 Days Until The Party~

When I woke up this morning I felt a lot better and Grandma checked on me; saying that I was well enough to go to school today. So I got everything ready for another regular day of school... well sort of. I have to have a slight conversation with Fredbear sometime today; I'm sure I'll enjoy that. When I was all dressed and my backpack was packed, I got Fredbear last; tucking him into my big pouch and heading outside to catch the bus. My bus soon arrived and I waved goodbye to my Grandparents before climbing on and sitting in my usual seat.

My bus drove into the school loading zone and I saw Daniel and Susie sitting at our meeting bench; talking. The moment he saw me, his face immediately lit up with excitement. I walk off the bus to go to my friends and Daniel started freaking out, asking me many questions, one being:

"Where were you yesterday?"

"I had a high fever that morning," I told him, "So I stayed home to rest and get better for the next day."

"Well at least you're all better now," Susie chimed in.

"I'll definitely be here for the rest of the week, that's for sure."

Later, Henry and Joey arrived and we all went in the building to prepare for the first bell; me and Daniel obviously eating our fruit together and chatting.

When the whole class was in their seats and the announcements were over, Mrs. Dole started the day off with Reading; we were going to continue reading 'Mocking Bird'. I smiled and moved to my reading partner, along with everyone else, and we started where we left of in the book. We read for about 30 minutes then Mrs. Dole stopped us to start the next lesson. Waving goodbye to Daniel, I went back to my desk and we worked on Math all the way until lunch.

The bell rang for recess and I put my lunchbox away, grabbing Fredbear out of my backpack and going outside to the playground. I climbed the rock wall to the second level of the climber and sat down with Fredbear in front of me.

"What's going on?"

Fredbear sounded serious, his voice sounded a lot like the first time I met him and he sounded annoyed with me.

"I'm going to tell you about that night, don't worry," I reassured him, "Just, don't do that again."

"Do what?"

"That voice; sounding super serious. It's just..."

"Don't bother, I know you don't want to remember."

I smile and start to briefly explain what happened during the night after he 'disappeared'. It seemed that every other sentence that I said, Fredbear would move away from me, inch by inch.

"What are you doing?" I ask the cowering bear.

"He was controlling me; forcing me to hurt you," he cried, "Who knows if he'll come back and do it again."

"It doesn't matter, if he dares to show his ugly face around here again, then it's his loss if his plan fails."

Fredbear's expression softened and he walked back over to me; sitting on my knee.

"Alright."

The rest of the day went as usual, going home, helping a little with dinner, reading; then eating dinner and going to bed. But when the main lights turned off and my bedroom door was shut, I see the familiar skinny shadow on my wall. I smile and get out of bed to see him. Although when I got there, he was gone and then I heard my music box playing. I smirk... sneaky sneaky. I go back to my bed and see the box open and music playing. I climb into bed and close my eyes.

Tomorrow is another day.
